Supplies

1 tube of - I used the artwork of Jo Lynch at CILM
Font of Choice - I used Oh Lara a pay font
Monti Circular Mask here
Eyecandy 3.1 - Glow - Optional
This tutorial was created with Dark Kat Kreations’ portion of the New Beginnings store collaboration kit. This kit is available for FREE with an $8 purchase at the store.

This tutorial was written assuming you have a working knowledge of PSP.

~♥~ Let’s get started ~♥~

Open up a 700 x 700 blank canvas.
Flood fill white.

Copy and paste 13 as a new layer.
Resize 80%
Use your Magic Wand and click inside of it.
Selections/Modify/Expand by 6
New Raster layer below the frame.
Copy and paste Paper 9 Into Selection.
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer below the frame.
Selections/Invert
Tap the delete key.
Deselect.

Add your embellishments. I used:
18
15: Resize 25% and 70%/Free rotate right 25 degrees
28: Resize 50%/Duplicate/Mirror/Resize 80%
29: Resize 40%/Mirror/Free rotate Left 15 degrees
10: Lower the Opacity to about 55

Highlight your white background.
New Raster layer.
Select All.
Copy and paste Paper 10 Into Selection.
Deselect.
Apply the mask.
Merge Group.

Copy and paste 25 as a new layer.
Move it to the top of your layer’s pallet.
Move into position - see my tag for reference.
Apply the mask.
Merge Group.

Add your credit.

Add your name.
Apply Eyecandy 3.1 - Glow:
Change the Width to 3
Change the color to White.
OK
Apply it once more if you like.

Resize all layers 80%
