Cause for Celebration



Supplies

1 tube of choice - I used the artwork of Renee Biertempfel. She can now be found at CDO
Font of Choice - I used HarabaraHand here
Vix Mask 451 here
Eyecandy 3.1 - Glow

This tutorial was written assuming you have a working knowledge of PSP.

~♥~ Let’s get started ~♥~

Open up a 700 x 700 blank canvas.
Flood fill white.

Copy and paste Bling Cluster Frame Silver from Element 4 Folder as a new layer.
Resize 30%
Use your Magic Wand and click inside of it.
Selections/Modify/Expand by 4.
New Raster layer below the frame.
Copy and paste Black Card Stock from Papers 2 Folder Into Selection.
Deselect.

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer above the frame.
Position to the right - see my tag for reference.
Duplicate/Move to the left a little.
In your layers pallet move beneath the frame.
Highlight the paper layer.
Click anywhere outside of it with your Magic Wand.
Highlight the duplicated tube layer and tap the delete key.
Lower to Opacity to about 42.

Add your embellishments. I used:
Elements 1 Folder -
Silver Star Spray: Resize 25%
Silver Key 1: Resize 25% and 85%/Duplicate/Free rotate Left 5 degrees
Night Bow 5: Resize 25% and 45%

Elements 2 Folder -
Flower Clock 2: Resize 40%

Elements 4 Folder -
Bubbly Silver: Resize 25% and 30%
Sexy Shoe: Resize 25% and 50%/Duplciate/Mirror

Highlight your white background.
New Raster layer.
Select All.
Copy and paste Velvet Black Paper from Papers1 Folder Into Selection.
Deselect.
Apply the mask.
Merge Group.

Add your credits.

Add your name.
Apply Eyecandy 3.1 - Glow:
Width: 3
Opacity: 100
Opacity Dropoff: Medium
Color: White

Crop your image.

Resize all layers 90%
