Supplies
1 tube of choice - I’m using the beautiful artwork of Barbara Jensen here
Font of Choice - I’m using Dragonfly here.
Weescotlass Mask 259 here
“Sweetness” is a PTU tagger size collaboration scrap kit created by both Jen’s of C.C. Creationz and Jen’s Sweet Temptations and can be purchased at Scrappin Dollars.

This tutorial was written assuming you have a working knowledge of PSP.

~♥~ Let’s get started ~♥~

Open up a 700 x 700 blank canvas.
Flood Fill white.

Copy and paste Glass Hearts as a new layer.
Use your Magic Wand and click inside of it.
Selections/Modify/Expand by 1.
New Raster layer below the heart.
Flood fill with a gradient of choice or you can Copy and Paste a paper of choice Into Selection.
Deselect.

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer.
Move it into the exact position you want it.
Duplicate/Mirror
Move the duplicate below the heart.
Highlight the heart layer.
Click inside of it with your Magic Wand.
Selections/Modify/Expand by 1.
Highlight your duplicated tube layer.
Tap the delete key.
Deselect.
Change the Opacity to Soft Light.

Add your embellishments. I used:
Flower 7: Duplicate/Mirror/Resize 60%
Bow 2: Resize 30%
Hanging Hearts: Resize 50%
Hanging Hearts 2: Resize 40%
Flower 6: Resize 50% Free rotate left 35 degrees. Duplicate/Mirror
Flowers 2 & 3: Resize 25%
Butterfly 3: Resize 25% and 60%

Highlight your white background.
New Raster layer.
Select All.
Copy and paste a paper of choice Into Selection.
Deselect.
Apply the mask.
Merge Group.

Add your copyrights.

Add your name.
Give it a slight inner bevel:

Resize all layers 80%.
