Supplies
1 tube of choice - I’m using the wonderful artwork of Keith Garvey which you can purchase here.
Font of Choice - I used Bambino here.
Weescotlass Mask 249 here

This tutorial was written assuming you have a working knowledge of PSP.

~♥~ Let’s get started ~♥~

Open up a 700 X 700 blank canvas.
Flood fill white.

Copy and paste Frame 4 as a new layer.
Resize 50%.
Use your Selection Tool set on rectangle and outline the frame.
New Raster layer below the frame.
Flood fill with a gradient of choice.
Copy and paste your tube below the frame.
Selections/Invert
Tap the delete key.
Deselect.

Add your embellishments. I used:
Flower 7: Resize 80% Duplicate/Resize 80%
Flower 6: Resize 60% Duplicate/Resize 80%
Leaves 2: Resize 50% Free rotate left 70 degrees
Leaves 1: Resize 70% Free rotate left 80 degrees
Flower 1: Resize 25% and 40%
Rose 2: Resize 25%. Mirror/Free rotate left 70 degrees
Butterfly 1: Resize 25% and 40% Free rotate 30 degrees
Butterfly 2: Resize 25% and 60%
Weeds 1 & 2: Resize 40%

Crop your image.

Highlight your white background.
New Raster layer.
Select All.
Copy and paste a paper of choice Into Selection.
Deselect.
Apply the mask.
Merge Group.

Add your copyrights.

Add your name.
Give it a slight inner bevel:

I also added just a touch of Noise.

Resizes all layers 80%.
