Supplies

1 tube of choice - I used the artwork of Keith Garvey that can be purchased at PSP Tubes Emporium
Font of Choice - I used Rat Infested Mailbox here
Gem mask 71 here
Eyecandy 3.1 - Glow

This tutorial was written assuming you have a working knowledge of PSP.

~♥~ Let’s get started ~♥~

Open up a 700 x 700 blank canvas.
Flood fill white.

Copy and paste Beaded Star 1 as a new layer.
Resize 70%
Click inside the frame with your Magic Wand.
Selections/Modify/Expand by 2.
New Raster layer below the frame.

Color Pallet:
Foreground: #fb55ab
Background: #000000


Copy and paste Fencing as a new layer above the gradient.
Selections/Invert
Tap the delete key.
DO NOT DESELECT.

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer above the fencing.
Resize larger as needed.
Tap the delete key.
Deselect.
Change the Properties to Multiply.
Click anywhere outside of the tube with your Magic Wand.
Selections/Invert
Tap the delete key.
Deselect.
Duplicate/Change the Properties to Hard Light.

Paste your tube as a new layer.
Position in front of the star and to the side a little.

Add your embellishments. I used:
Plate 2: Resize 35%/Free rotate Right 5 degrees
Ticket 1: Resize 25% and 80%
Star Brad 1: Resize 25% and 60%
Star Brad 2: Resize 25% and 70%/Free Rotate Left 20 degrees
Disco Ball: Resize 25%
Flower 4: Resize 25% and 605
Flower 3: Resize 25% and 50%/Flip
Glitter: Resize 75%

Highlight your white canvas.
New Raster layer.
Select All.
Copy and paste Paper 1 Into Selection.
Deselect.
Apply the mask.
Merge Group.

Add your copyrights.

Add your name
Apply Eyecandy 3.1 - Glow
Width: 3
Opacity: 100
Opacity Dropoff: 100%
Color: #f854ad
OK

Resize all layers 80%.
