Supplies
1 tube of choice - I’m using the wonderful artwork of Elias Chatzoudis which you can purchase here.
Font of Choice - I used Macarena here
Weescotlass Mask 259 here

This tutorial was written assuming you have a working knowledge of PSP.

~♥~ Let’s get started ~♥~

Open up a 700 X 700 blank canvas.
Flood fill white.

Copy and paste 85 as a new layer.
Resize 80%
Free rotate right 45 degrees.
Use your Magic Wand and click inside of it.
New Raster layer below the frame.
Copy and paste a paper of choice Into Selection.
Deselect.

Copy and paste 43 as a new layer below the frame.
Resize 60%

Copy and paste 70 as a new layer above the frame.
Resize 25%
Position at the corner of the frame. Duplicate twice and move each element into position. See my tag for reference. Merge visible the 3 elements. Duplicate/Mirro
Duplicate/Free rotate 90 degrees.
Position over the bottom frame corner.
Duplicate/Flip

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer.

Add your embellishments. I used:
1: Resize 40%
2: Resize 40% Free rotate left 15 degrees
20
40 & 41: Resize 60%
52 & 53: Resize 30%

Highlight your white background.
New Raster layer.
Select All.
Copy and paste a paper of choice Into Selection.
Deselect.
Apply the mask.
Merge Group.

Add your copyrights.

Add your name.
Give it a slight inner bevel:

Repeat the bevel.

Resizes all layers 80%.
