Supplies
2 tubes of choice - I’m using the wonderful artwork of PinUpToons which you can purchase here.
Font of Choice - I used Whipper Basic here
Weescotlass Mask 161 here

This tutorial was written assuming you have a working knowledge of PSP.

~♥~ Let’s get started ~♥~

Open up the template.
Delete the credit layer.
Highlight the white background.
Image/Canvas Size
700 X 650

OK

Highlight the Circle Layer.
Select All/Float/Defloat
New Raster layer
Copy and paste a paper of choice Into Selection.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.

Copy and paste Bench 2DD as a new layer above the paper.
Resize 30%.
Move into position - see my tag for reference.
Duplicate/Mirror
Move into position.

Highlight the circle layer.
Select All/Float/Defloat
Selections/Invert
Highlight each of the bench layers and tap the delete key.
Deselect.

Copy and paste Birdhouse CD as a new layer.
Resize 30%
Move into position behind the bench.

Highlight Left Rectangle layer.
Select All/Float/Defloat
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste a paper of choice Into Selection.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.

Repeat the above step with Right Rectangle layer.

Highlight Bottom Rectangle layer.
Select All/Float/Defloat
Make a new canvas and flood fill with a gradient made of matching colors to your tag.
Apply Mura Meister Cloud:

Copy
Highlight your working canvas.
Paste as a new layer.
Selections/Invert
Tap the delete key.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.

Copy and paste your tubes as new layers -
Positioning them over the right and left rectangles.

Add your embellishments. I used:
Flowers 1DS: Resize 45%. Free rotate left 5 degrees. Duplicate/Mirror
Flowers 1DS again: Resize 45% and 70%. Free rotate left 5 degrees. Duplicate/Mirror.
Butterflies of your choice: Resize 25% and 60%. Resize them smaller than that too if you like.
Bow 1 Rose: Resize 25%
Bird 1 Cintia: Resize 25% & 25% & 70%

Highlight your white background.
Select All.
Copy and paste a paper of choice Into Selection.
Deselect.
Apply the mask.
Resize 115%
Merge Group.

Crop your image.

Add your copyrights.

Add your name.
Give it the same slight inner bevel:

Resize all layers 80%.
