Supplies
1 tube of choice - I’m using the artwork of Jennifer Janesko which you can purchase here
Font of Choice - I’m using HandScript LCase here

This tutorial was written assuming you have a working knowledge of PSP.

~♥~ Let’s get started ~♥~

Open up a transparent 700 X 700 image.
Flood fill white.

Copy and paste Element 21 as a new layer.
Resize 70%

Copy and paste Element 3 as a new layer.
Resize 25%
Click inside with your Magic Wand.
Selections/Modify/Expand by 6
New Raster Layer below the frame.
Copy and paste a paper of choice Into Selection.

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer below the frame.
Selections/Invert
Tap the delete key.
Deselect.

Close out your white canvas and Element 21.
Merge visible.
Reopen all your layers.

Add your embellishments. I used:
Element 2: Resize 25% and 50%
Element 14: Resize 25% and 90% Free rotate right 20 degrees
Element 13: Resize 20% Free rotate left 10 degrees
Element 24: Resize 40%
Element 10: Resize 25%

Highlight your white background.
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste a paper of choice Into Selection.
Deselect.
Apply the mask.
Merge Group.

Add your copyrights.

Add your name.

Resize all layers 85%.
