Supplies
1 tube of choice - I’m using the wonderful artwork of PinUpToons which you can purchase here.
Font of Choice - I used TS Curly
Becky Mask 22 here
Scraps of Enchantment Template 13 here

This tutorial was written assuming you have a working knowledge of PSP.

~♥~ Let’s get started ~♥~

Open up the template.
Shift + D.
Close out the original.
Delete the following layers:
Info, Brush Top, Brush Bottom, and Blur Circle.

Highlight Large Rectangle layer.
Select All/Float/Defloat
Copy and paste Paper 4 as a new layer.
Resize 25% and 55%
Selections/Invert
Tap the delete key.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.

Highlight the Scalloped Edge layer.
Select All/Float/Defloat
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 3 Into Selection.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.

Highlight Rectangle 1 layer.
Select All/Float/Defloat
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 1 Into Selection.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.

Highlight Rectangle 2 layer.
Repeat the above step.
Highlight Circle layer.
Select All/Float/Defloat
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 7 Into Selection.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.

Highlight Center Square layer.
Select All/Float/Defloat
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 5 Into Selection.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.

Repeat the above step with Small Square Left and Small Square right layers.

Highlight Rectangle Dots layer.
Select All/Float/Defloat
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 3 Into Selection.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer.

Add your embellishments. I used:
Doodle: Resize 25% and 25%
Bow 1: Resize 25% and 50%
Curly ribbon 3: Resize 25%, 70%, & 95%
Paper Flower 1: Resize 25% and 25%
Paper Flower 3: resize 25% and 25%
Gem 2: Resize 25% and 30%
Gem 5: Resize 25% and 30%
Twine: Resize 25% and 50%
Curly Ribbon 1: Resize 25% and 35%. Lower the Opacity to about 48. Duplicate/Resize 50%
Buttons 1, 2, & 3: Resize 25% and 30%

Highlight your white background.
Select All.
Copy and paste a paper of choice Into Selection.
Deselect.
Copy and paste Wire as a new layer just above the paper.
Resize 25%
Merge Down.
Apply the mask.
Merge Group.

Add your copyrights.

Add your name.
Give it a slight inner bevel:


Resize all layers 80%.
