1 tube and 1 close up image of choice – I used the artwork of Zlata which can be purchased from Pics for Design.  You must have a license to use.

This tutorial was written assuming you have a working knowledge of PSP.

~♥~ Let’s get started ~♥~

Open up the template.

Shift + D.

Close out the original.

Image/Canvas Size

725 x 600

OK

New Raster layer.

Send to bottom.

Flood fill white.

Delete the top 5 layers.

Color Pallet: 

Foreground: #0297eb

Background: #833eco

Set on Gradient

Style: Linear

Angle: 0

Repeats: 0

Invert Unchecked

Highlight Oval layer.

Click on it with your Magic Wand.

New Raster layer.

Flood fill with the gradient.

Deselect.

Delete the template layer.

Apply Eyecandy 3.1 – Glow:

Width: 5

Opacity: 100%

Opacity Drop Off: Fat

Color: White

OK

Highlight Rectangle layer.

Click anywhere outside of it with your Magic Wand.

Copy and paste Paper 17 as a new layer.

Resize 85%

Tap the delete key.

Deselect.

Delete the template layer.

Color Pallet:

Same settings accept check off “Invert”.

Highlight Circle layer.

Click anywhere outside of it with your Magic Wand.

Selections/Invert

New Raster layer.

Flood fill with the gradient.

Copy and paste your Close Up image as a new layer over the gradient layer.

Selections/Invert

Tap the delete key.

Deselect.

Delete the template layer.

Change the Properties of the Close Up image to Overlay.

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer.

Move into position – see my tag for reference.

Add your elements.  I used:

From Folder 2:

Frame 2:  Resize 70%

Wire Heart 2:  Resize 10%/Free rotate Left 10 degrees/Duplicate/Mirror

Skulls 2:  Resize 20%/Duplicate/Mirror

Bottle Skull:  Resize 25%

From Folder:

Teddy 3:  Resize 25%/Mirror

Star Tags:  Resize 10%

Star Tags 2:  Resize 10%

Stitched:  Resize 95%

Hearts 4:  Resize 25% and 80%

Highlight your white background.

Select All.

New Raster layer.

Copy and paste Paper 1 Into Selection.

Deselect.

Adjust/Blur/Gaussian Blur:

Radius: 20

Apply the mask.

Resize 105%

Merge Group.

Add your credits.

Add your name.

Apply Eyecandy 3.1 – Glow:

Width: 5

Opacity: 100%

Opacity Drop Off: Fat

Color: #e53086

OK

Resize all layers 80%
