From This Moment

2 tubes of choice - I’m using the artwork of Zindy S.D. Nielsen which you can purchase here

This tutorial was written assuming you have working knowledge of PSP.

~♥~ Let’s get started ~♥~

Open a 700 X 700 blank canvas. Flood fill white.

Copy and paste Double Frame as a new layer.
Use your Magic Wand and click inside each heart.
Selections/Invert/Expand by 4.

Copy and paste a paper of choice as a new layer below the frame.
Hit the delete key.
DO NOT DESELECT YET.

Selections/Invert.
New Raster layer beneath the frame.
Efects/3D Effects/Cutout
Horizontal and Vertical: 5
Blur and Opacity: 35
Color Black
OK

New Rater layer.
Repeat the Cutout accept change the Horizontal and Vertical to -5.
DO NOT DESELECT YET.

Copy and paste a tube of choice below the cutout layers.
Selections/Modify/Feather
Number of Pixels: 30
Tap the delete key until you have a feathered affect to the tube that you like.
Repeat this step with the other heart and tube of your choice.
Deselect.

Close out your white canvas and merge visible.
Reopen your canvas.

Add your embellishments. I used:
Doodle: Duplicate/Mirror
Wedding Bells: Resize 40% and colorize
Champagne Glass - Basic: Reesize 80%
Bow 2: Resize 25%
Butterfly: Resize 70%
Flowers 2 and 3: Resize 40%
Feather: Resize 60%
String Deco: Resize 90%
Wedding Rings: Resize 40%

Highlight your white canvas.
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste paper of choice Into Selection.
Deselect.
Apply the mask.
Merge Group.

Add your copyrights.

Add your name. I gave mine an inner bevel:
Bevel: 2
Width: 7
Smoothness: 25
Depth: 7
Ambience: 11
Shininess: 27
Color: white
Angle: 135
Intensity: 25
Elevation: 71
OK

Resize all layers 85%
