Supplies Needed
1 tube of choice – I
used the wonderful artwork of Gary George and can be purchased from Up Your Art.
You must have a license to use.
Plug Ins used:
Mura’s Meister – Copies
Xero – Porcelain
Eyecandy 4000 – Gradient Glow
“Meece’s” is a tagger

This tutorial was
written assuming you have working knowledge of PSP.
~♥~ Let’s get started ~♥~
Open up the template.
Shift + D.
Close out the original.
Image/Canvas Size
750 x 500
OK
Highlight the background layer.
Flood fill white.
Delete the credit layer.
Highlight Gray Strips layer.
Click on it with your Magic Wand.
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 3 Into
Selection.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.
Give the paper a slight Inner Bevel:
Highlight Black Ovals layer.
Click on each oval with your Magic
Wand.
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 2 Into
Selection.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.
Give the paper layer the same slight
Inner Bevel.
Highlight Gray Ovals layer.
Click on each one with your Magic
Wand.
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 3 Into
Selection.
Deselect for now.
Copy and paste your tube as a new
layer and position it in front of the center oval.
Duplicate the tube layer and move
into position over the left Oval – see my tag for reference.
Lower the Opacity of the tube to
about 67.
Apply Xero – Porcelain:
Use Default settings.
Duplicate the tube layer.
Mirror
Move into position over the right
Oval.
Highlight the Gray Oval template
layer.
Click anywhere outside of it with
your Magic Wand.
Highlight each of the tubes you just
worked on and tap the delete key.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.
Copy and paste Flower 7 as a new
layer.
Resize 25%
Apply Mura’s Meister – Copies:
Choose Line
Use Default Settings
OK
Erase the first and last flowers.
Move the flower line into position
over the top strip – see my tag for reference.
Duplicate and move into position
over the bottom strip.
Copy and paste Flower 3 as a new
layer.
Resize 15
Duplicate the flower and move both
into position like this:
Apply Mura’s Meister – Copies:
Same effect – Same settings
Move into position behind the top
blue line of flowers and erase what overhangs on each side.
Duplicate
Move into position behind the bottom
line of blue flowers.
Copy and paste Greenery as a new
layer.
Resize 40%
Flip
Use your Target Tool and change the
color of this element to #9dddb6 – you won’t see much change to the color…not
yet any way.
Press Shift + B – the brightness/contrast
box will appear:
Brightness: 74
Contrast: 10
OK
Duplicate
Mirror
Move each element into position –
see my tag for reference.
Merge Visible both element layers.
Select All
Press Ctrl + H on your keyboard –
the Feather Selection Box will appear:
Number of Pixels: 25
OK
Selections/Invert
Tap the delete key 3x’s.
Deselect.
Add your elements. I used:
Rainbow 2: Resize 95%/Erase the clouds/Lower the Opacity
to about 69
Heart: Resize 10%/Duplicate 2x’s and mirror one of
them/Line them along the side of the oval/Duplicate and Mirror each heart
Bubbles: Resize 40%/Duplicate
Flower 7: Resize 35%
Flower 3: Resize 30%/Duplicate
Highlight your white background.
New Raster layer.
Select All.
Copy and paste Paper 3 Into
Selection.
Deselect.
Apply the mask.
Use your Pick Tool and pull the
sides out a little.
Merge Group.
Duplicate.
Add your copyrights.
Add your name.
Color Pallet:
Foreground & Background: #9dddb6
Type your name.
Convert to Raster layer.
Apply Eyecandy 4000 – Gradient Glow:
Basic
Tab:
Glow Width: 3
Soft Corners: 25
Overall Opacity: 100
Color
Tab:
#ffffff
Resize and save your tag to 500
pixels wide.
