Peaceful Dreams


Supplies

1 tube of choice – I’m using the beautiful artwork of Sue Rundle-Hughes which can be purchased from PSP Tube Stop.  You must have a license to use.

Font of choice - I used Quikier Demo here

Becky Mask 22 here

“Faith” is a tagger size scrap kit created by me, Bev of HorsePlay’s Pasture Designs and can be purchased from  PSP Tube Stop.  You can visit my designing blog here.

This tutorial was written assuming you have a working knowledge of PSP.

~~ Lets get started ~~

Open up a 700 x 700 blank canvas.
Flood fill white.

Copy and paste El 13 as a new layer.
Resize 50%
Click inside of it with your Magic Wand.
Selections/Modify/Expand by 4.
New Raster layer below the frame.
Copy and paste Paper 2 Into Selection.
Deselect.

Copy and paste El14 as a new layer.
Resize 30%
Free rotate Left 90 degrees.
Duplicate 2x’s for a total of 3 frames.
Line them up across your canvas – see my tag for reference.
Merge Visible all 3 rectangular frames.
Use your Magic Wand and click inside of each frame.
Selections/Modify/Expand by 4.
New Raster layer below the frames.
Copy and paste Paper 1 Into Selection.
Deselect.

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer.
Move into position in front of the frames.

Add your elements.  I used:
El8:  Resize 50%
El41:  Resize 90%
El6:  Resize 70%/Mirror
El7:  Resize 30%/Duplicate/Mirror/Resize 70%

Crop your image.

Highlight your white background.
New Raster layer.
Select All.
Copy and paste Paper 14 Into Selection.
Deselect.
Apply the Mask.
Use your Pick tool to pull the sides out just a little.
Merge Group

Add your credits.

Add your name.
Foreground:  #2c2d34
Background: #784c43
Type your name.
Give it a slight Inner Bevel:

Resize all layers 80%.
