This tutorial was written assuming you have a working knowledge of PSP.

~♥~ Let’s get started ~♥~

Open up the template.
Shift + D.
Close out the original.
Delete the top 9 layers.
Image/Canvas Size
700 x 600
OK
Highlight and open the Background layer.
Flood fill white.

Highlight Oval layer.
Click on it with your Magic Wand.
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 11 Into Selection.
Deselect.
Copy and paste House as a new layer.
Resize 85%
Mirror
Move into position at the left side of the oval - see my tag for reference.
Highlight Oval template layer again.
Click anywhere outside of it with your Magic Wand.
Highlight the House.
Tap the delete key.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.
Change the Properties of the house to Overlay.

Highlight the Oval paper layer.
Apply Eyecandy 3.1 - Glow:
Width: 5
Opacity: 100
Opacity Dropoff: Fat
Color: White
OK

Highlight Glitter Oval Half layer.
Use your Target Tool and change the color to #24632a

Highlight Circle 1 layer.
Click on it with your Magic Wand.
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 3 Into Selection.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.
Apply the same Glow effect.

Highlight Circle 2 layer.
Click on it with your Magic Wand.
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 2 Into Selection.
Copy and pate your tube as a new layer.
Selections/Invert
Tap the delete key.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.
Highlight Shape layer.
Click on it with your Magic Wand.
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 2 Into Selection.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.

Copy and paste Bling 3 as a new layer behind the Oval layer.
Use your Pick Tool and pull the top down and sides in.

Add your embellishments. I used:
Leaves 6: Resize 40%
Butterfly 2: Resize 25%/Duplicate/Mirror/Resize 70%
Book 1: Resize 60%
Leaves 2: Resize 40%/Mirror
Bird 1: Resize 25%
Mushroom 1: Resize 30%
Mushroom2: Resize 25%

Highlight your white canvas.
New Raster layer.
Select All.
Copy and paste Paper 14 Into Selection.
Deselect.
Apply the mask.
Merge Group.
Duplicate

Add your copyrights.

Add your name.

Resize all layers 80%.
