Always a Cowgirl at Heart

Supplies
1 tube of choice - I’m using the artwork of John Paul Ballard which you can purchase here
Font of Choice - I’m using Metal Spaghetti here
WSL Mask 249 here

This tutorial was written assuming you have working knowledge of PSP.

~♥~ Let’s get started ~♥~

Open up a 700 X 700 blank canvas.
Flood Fill white.

Copy and paste Wire as a new layer.
Resize 90%.
Use your Magic Wand and click inside of it.
Selections/Modify/Expand by 2.

Copy and paste a paper of choice as a new layer below the frame.
Selections/Invert.
Hit the delete key.
Deselect.

Add your embellishments. I used:
Fence: Resize 70% & 85%
Bow 3: Resize 40%
Flower 1: Resize 25%
Star: Resize 25%
Cow: Resize 25%
Stars: Resize 70%

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer.

Highlight your white canvas.
New Raster layer.
Select All.
Copy and paste a paper of choice Into Selection.
Deselect.
Apply the mask.
Merge Group.

Add you copyrights.

Add your name.

Resize all layers 85%.
