Move into a position you like.
Right click on it in your layers pallet and choose “Promote Section to Layer” from the sub menu.
Change the Properties of the promoted tube layer to Burn.
Deselect.

Repeat the above step with Layer 9.

Delete the original tube layer.

 Highlight Layer 10.
Click on it with your Magic Wand.
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 4 Into Selection.
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer above the paper layer.  If you’re using the same tube as I did, Resize 44%.  See my tag for placement and also be sure to keep your tube above the paper that belongs to template Layer 11.

In this part of the tutorial I will show you how to make it look like the hand is outside of the frame.

Move your tube into position (above the paper layer that belongs to template Layer 11) by positioning it so that the right side of the tube aligns with the right side, top, and bottom of the paper that belongs to template Layer 10.  Be sure that the tube even covers the right corners of the paper.
Once you have the tube in exact position make your Freehand Selection Tool active set on Point to Point with a Feather of 1.
Zoom in and section out the lower left corner of the tube from just below the hand (the red area on my example):

Once you have that sectioned off, tap the delete key.
Deselect.

Highlight template Layer 10.
Click anywhere outside of it with your Magic Wand.
Highlight the tube layer.
Make your Eraser Tool active and erase any areas outside of the paper you don’t want.
Deselect.
Highlight template Layer.
Click anywhere outside of it with your Magic Wand.
Highlight the Paper layer that belongs to template Layer 11.
Erase the area of that thing little frame that overlaps the hand.
Deselect.

You can now delete Template Layer 11.

Add your elements.  I used:
El 44:  Resize 40%/Free rotate Left 90 Degrees
El 10:  Resize 45%
El 28:  Resize 55%/Duplicate
El 28:  Resize 45%/Duplicate 3 times for a total of 4
El 16:  Resize 60%/Mirror
El 12:  Resize 40%/Duplicate/Mirror
Paste El 12 again:  Resize 40% and place behind flowers at upper right circle.  Duplicate leaf element/Flip/Mirror and place behind flowers at lower left circle.
El 27:  Resize 45%/Duplicate/Mirror/Flip
El 28:  Resize 45%/Duplicate/Flip/Duplicate both leaf layers/Mirror
El 18:  Resize 40%
El 35:  Resize 60%

Highlight your white background.
New Raster layer.
Select All.
Copy and paste Paper 11 Into Selection.
Deselect.
Apply the mask.
Merge Group.
Duplicate/Resize 70%/Duplcate/move both resized mask layers into position behind each of the circles at the top right and bottom left.

 Add your copyrights.

 Add your name.
Color Pallet:
Foreground: Null
Background: #282111
Type your name.
 Convert to Raster Layer.
Give it the same slight Inner Bevel.

I hope you enjoyed this tutorial.

I’d love to see your results.
