Supplies Needed
1 tube of choice – I used
the beautiful artwork of Zindy S.D. Nielson which can be purchased here.
Weescotlass Mask 236 here

a link to download all her templates
“Peach Wedding Kit” is a
tagger size scrap kit created by Tiny Turtle Designs and can be purchased here.
This tutorial was written
assuming you have a working knowledge of PSP.
~♥~ Let’s
get started ~♥~
Open up the template.
Shift + D.
Close out the original.
Resize all layers to 600
px
Highlight the background
layer.
Image/Canvas size 700 px.
Flood fill white.
Delete “by Missy” layer
(the credit layer).
Highlight Glitter Rectangle 1 Left template
layer.
Click anywhere outside of
it with your Magic Wand.
Selections/Invert
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 3
Into Selection.
Click the lock icon at
the top of the layers pallet to lock the layer.
Adjust/Blur/Gaussian
Blur:
Radius: 5
OK
Click the lock icon at
the top of the layers pallet again to unlock the layer.
Deselect.
Adjust/Add Remove
Noise/Add Noise:
Uniform checked
Monochrome Unchecked
Noise: 33%
OK
Delete the template
layer.
Repeat the above step
with the following layers:
Glitter Rectangle 2 Right
Glitter Rectangle Center
Glitter Circle Left
Glitter Circle Right
Frame
Highlight Dotted Frame layer.
Select All/Float/Defloat
New Raster layer.
Paste Paper 3 (it should
still be in the PSP memory) Into Selection.
Duplicate and change the
Properties to Multiply.
Deselect.
Delete the template
layer.
Highlight Glittered Rectangle 2 Left layer.
Click anywhere outside of
it with your Magic Wand.
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste element 23
Into Selection.
Deselect.
Delete the template
layer.
Repeat the above step
with Glittered Rectangle 2 Right layer.
Highlight Rectangle Left layer.
Click anywhere outside of
it with your Magic Wand.
Selections/Invert
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 13
Into Selection.
Deselect.
Delete the template
layer.
Repeat the above step
with Rectangle Right layer.
Highlight Frame Background layer.
Click on it with your
Magic Wand.
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 9
Into Selection.
Copy and paste your tube
as a new layer above the paper.
Selections/Invert
Tap the delete key.
Deselect.
Delete the template
layer.
Highlight Circle Left layer.
Click on it with your
Magic Wand.
Copy and paste Paper 10
as a new layer and move center of the paper (where the pattern is just plain)
so that it covers the circle template.
Right click on the paper
in your layers pallet.
Choose “Promote Section
to Layer”.
(close out the original
paper for now)
Copy and paste your tube
as a new layer over the paper and move into a position you like.
Right click on it in your
layers pallet and choose “Promote Section to Layer”.
Delete the original tube
layer.
To the promoted tube
layer:
Change the Properties to
Soft Light.
Duplicate the tube layer
2x’s for a total of 3.
Delete the template.
Duplicate and mirror the
above paper and duplicate and mirror all 3 tube layers.
Be sure these layers are
just above Circle Right layer.
Add your
elements. I used:
77: Resize 60%/Duplicate/Mirror/Resize 70%/Duplicate
20
36: Resize 50%/Duplicate 3x’s for a total of 4
elements.
8: Resize 95%
95: Resize 40%
18: Resize 25%/Duplicate/Mirror/Flip
102: Resize 25%
94: Resize 40%
77: Resize 30%/Free Rotate Right 70 degrees/Duplicate/Mirror71: Resize 10%
25: Resize 25%
14: Resize 35%
97: Resize 30%/Duplicate/Resize 70%/Mirror
Highlight your white
background.
New Raster layer.
Select All.
Copy and paste Paper 3 Into
Selection.
Deselect.
Duplicate the paper layer
and change the Properties to Multiply.
Merge Down.
Apply the mask.
Resize 115%
Merge Group.
Add your copyrights.
Add your name.
Color Pallet:
Foreground and Background:
#171513
Type your name.
Convert to Raster layer.
Close out your white
background.
Save your tag as a PNG.
