This tutorial was written
assuming you have a working knowledge of PSP.
~♥~ Let’s
get started ~♥~
Open up a blank 700 x 700
canvas.
Flood fill white.
Copy and paste F02 as a
new layer.
Resize 60%
Duplicate 2 times for a
total of 3 frames.
Move the bottom frame
down a little and to the left – see my tag for reference.
Move the middle frame to
the right and up a little – see my tag for reference.
To the bottom 2 frame:
Click inside the frame
with your Magic Wand.
Selections/Modify/Expand
by 4.
New Raster layer below
the frame.
Copy and paste Paper 5
Into Selection.
Deselect.
To the center frame:
Click inside of it with
your Magic Wand.
Selections/Modify/Expand
by 4.
New Raster layer below
the frame.
Copy and paste Paper 3
Into Selection.
Deselect for now.
Copy and paste the
following elements below the frame – see my tag for reference:
04: Resize 70%

El 31: Resize 21%
El 28: Resize 50%
Move the elements into
their exact position – see my tag for reference.
Highlight the paper
that’s just below all these elements.
Click anywhere outside of
it with your Magic Wand.
Highlight each element
that overhangs the frame and tap the delete key.
Deselect.
Add your
elements. I used:
El 04: Resize 80%
El 33: Resize 40%
El 05: Resize 80%/Duplicate/Mirror/Duplicate both
element layers.
El 28: Resize 80%
El 26: Resize 60%
El 23: Resize 50%

Highlight your white background.
New Raster layer.
Select All.
Copy and paste Paper 6
Into Selection.
Deselect.
Apply the mask.
Use your Pick Tool to
pull the bottom up just a little.
Merge Group.
Add your copyrights.
Add your name.
Color Pallet:
Foreground: Pattern/Paper 6
Background: Pattern/Paper
5
Set the stroke to .5
Type your name.
Convert to Raster Layer.
Give it a slight Inner
Bevel:
