Supplies Needed
1 tube of choice – I used
the adorable artwork of Lisa Victoria which can be purchased from Digital Art Heaven.
“Wishing Star” is a
tagger size scrap kit created by Me, Bev of HorsePlay’s Pasture Designs and can
be purchased from Digital Art Heaven here. You
can visit my blog here.
This tutorial was written
assuming you have a working knowledge of PSP.
~♥~ Let’s
get started ~♥~
Open up a 700 x 700 blank
canvas.
Flood fill white.
Copy and paste el31 as a
new layer.
Resize 85%
Click inside of it with
your Magic Wand.
Selections/Modify/Expand
by 4.
New Raster layer below
the frame.
Copy and paste Paper 10
Into Selection.
Deselect for now.
Copy and paste el34 as a
new layer.
Resize 50%
Move into position at the
top right area of the circle frame – see my tag for reference.
Duplicate the element.
Flip
Mirror
To each frame:
Click inside the frame
with your Magic Wand.
Selections/Modify/Expand
by 4.
New Raster layer below
the frame.
Copy and paste Paper 8
Into Selection.
Deselect.
Copy and paste your tube
as a new layer and move into position in front of the frame.
If you’re using the same
one I did, resize 50%.
Click anywhere outside of
the paper below the round frame.
Selections/Invert
Paste your tube as a new
layer again.
Change the Properties to
Soft Light.
Move it into a position you like – see my tag
for reference.
Right click on the tube
in your layers pallet.
Choose “Promote Section
to Layer”
Delete the original tube
layer.
To the promoted layer,
change the Properties to Soft Light again and lower the Opacity to 32.
Add your
elements. I used:
11: Mirror
89: Resize 60%
7: Resize 35%
5: Resize 50%
79: Resize 60%/Mirror/Duplicate/Flip/Mirror
22: Resize 50%
15: Mirror
24 thru 28: Resize 15%
3: Resize 40%
95, 96, 97: Resize 40%/Mirror one of them
Highlight your white
background.
New Raster layer.
Select All.
Copy and paste Paper 3
Into Selection.
Deselect.
Apply the mask.
Resize 110%
Merge Group.
Add your copyrights.
Add your name.
Color Pallet:
Foreground and Background:
#ca2f4a
Make your Text Tool
active.
Type your name.
Give it a slight Inner
Bevel:
Select All/Float/Defloat
Selections/Modify/Expand
by 3.
New Raster layer below
your name.
Flood fill with #f3e987
Adjust/Add Remove
Noise/Add Noise:
Random & Monochrome
checked
Noise: 34%
OK
Merge Visible both name
layers.
Make your Freehand
Selection Tool active.
Section off the top half
at a diagonal:
Ctl + H (to open up the
Feather Selection box)
Number of Pixels: 35
OK
Adjust/Add Remove
Noise/Add Noise:
Use same settings.
OK
Deselect.
Close out your white
background.
Save your tag.
