My template 161 here

This tutorial was written
assuming you have a working knowledge of PSP.
~♥~ Let’s
get started ~♥~
Open up the template.
Shift + D
Close out the original.
Shift + D
Close out the original.
Highlight the white
background.
Image/Canvas Size:
700 x 700
OK
Flood fill white.
Delete the top 4 layers.
Highlight Raster 1 layer.
Click on it with your
Magic Wand.
New raster layer.
Open up Paper 6.
You’ll notice there is a
very small border on this paper. Make
your Selection Tool active, set on Rectangle and section out all of the paper
within the border.
Make your working canvas
active.
Copy and paste Into
Selection.
Deselect.
Apply Brush Strokes –
Sprayed Strokes:
Stroke Length: 12
Spray Radius: 7
Stroke Directions: Right
diag
OK
Delete the template
layer.
Highlight Raster 2
template layer.
Repeat the above step.
Highlight Raster 3
template layer.
Click on it with your
Magic Wand.
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 12
Into Selection.
Click on the Lock Icon at
the top of your layers pallet to lock the layer.
Effects/Reflection
Effects/Kaleidoscope:
Use default settings.
OK
Deselect.
Click the lock at the top
of your layers pallet to unlock the layer.
Highlight Raster 5 template
layer.
Repeat the above step.
Highlight Raster 4
template layer.
Click on it with your
Magic Wand.
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 15
Into Selection.
Deselect.
Delete the template
layer.
Highlight Raster 7
template layer.
Repeat the above step.
Highlight Raster 6
template layer.
Click on it with your
Magic Wand.
Copy and paste Paper 9 as
a new layer.
Right click on it in your
layers pallet and choose “Promote Section to layer”.
Deselect.
Delete the original paper
layer.
Give the paper a slight
Inner Bevel:
Copy and paste el97 as a
new layer.
Resize 10%
Apply Mura’s Meister –
Copies:
Choose Encircle –
Using default settings,
only change Number to 25.
OK
Move the ring of flowers into
position over the large circle paper – see my tag for reference.
Duplicate the ring of
flowers and resize 80%.
Move into position over
the small circle paper.
Copy and paste el100 as a
new layer.
Resize 10% and 70%
Apply Mura’s Meister –
Copies:
Choose Line -
Use default settings, but
change Number to 5.
OK
Move the line below the
rectangle paper in your layers pallet and move into position – see my tag for
reference.
Make your Selection Tool
active set on Rectangle and section off what overhangs the paper.
Tap the delete key.
Deselect.
Duplicate the line you
made.
Flip
Move into position at the
top of the rectangle paper – see my tag for reference.
Copy and paste your tube
as a new layer.
Add your
elements. I used:
El36: Resize 25%
El2: resize 55%
El81: Resize 85%
El73
El88; Resize 80%
Highlight your white
background.
New Raster layer.
Select All.
Copy and Paste Paper 6
Into Selection.
Deselect.
Apply the mask.
Mirror
Merge Group.
Add your copyrights.
Add your name.
Color Pallet:
Foreground: #0a0a28
Background: #455596
Make your Text Tool
active.
Set stroke width to 1.0
Type your name.
Give it a slight Inner
Bevel:
