1 tube of choice – I
used the wonderful artwork of Alex Prihodko which can be purchased from Pics for Design.
You must generate a license to use.

scrap kit created by Tasha’s Playground and can be downloaded from her blog here. Don’t forget to leave Tasha a thank you. It’s always very much appreciated.
This tutorial was
written assuming you have working knowledge of PSP.
~♥~ Let’s get started ~♥~
Open up the template.
Shift + D.
Close out the original.
Delete CR layer, 18, and 17
Open up the Background layer.
I found I had to move the words and
stars over a little.
So for now, copy and paste your tube
as a new layer.
Move it into about the position you
want it.
Adjust the wording and stars if
needed.
Close out your tube for now.
Highlight 1.
Click on it with your Magic Wand.
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 5 Into
Selection.
Adjust/Blur/Radial Blur:
Match your settings to mine –
Merge Down.
The paper and template should now be
on one layer.
Deselect.
Highlight 2.
Copy and paste Frame 2 as a new
layer.
Resize the frame 90% and center it
over the template layer.
Delete the template layer.
Highlight the frame.
Click inside of it with your Magic
Wand.
Selections/Modify/Expand by 4.
New Raster layer below the frame.
Flood fill with #12abe1
Effects/Texture Effects/Blind:
Match your settings to mine –
Deselect.
Highlight 3.
Click on it with your Magic Wand.
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 9 Into Selection.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.
Highlight 4.
Repeat the above step.
Highlight 5.
Copy and paste Frame 3 as a new
layer.
Resize 50%
Free rotate Left 3 Degrees.
Move into position over the template
layer.
Delete the template layer.
Highlight the Frame layer.
Click inside of it with your Magic
Wand.
Selections/Modify/Expand by 4.
New Raster layer below the frame.
Copy and paste Paper 3 Into
Selection.
Deselect.
Apply Brush Strokes – Crosshatch:
Match your settings to mine –
Highlight the frame layer.
Merge down.
The frame and paper should now be on
the same layer.
Duplicate
Move into position over Template Layer
over layer 6.
Delete 6.
Highlight 7.
Click on it with your Magic Wand.
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 7 Into
Selection.
Apply the same Crosshatch effect,
use same settings.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.
Highlight 8.
Repeat the above step.
Highlight 9.
Click on it with your Magic Wand.
New Raster layer.
Flood fill with #e40a06
Give it a slight Inner Bevel:
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.
Color Pallet:
Forground: #030303
Background: #19a6da
Highlight 10.
Make your Color Replacer Tool
active.
Zoom in on the template layer and
double right click your mouse on it.
The dots should turn blue.
Highlight 14.
Copy and paste BottleCap 2 as a new
layer.
Center it over template layer 14.
Duplicate the element and move into
position over template layer 13.
Delete template layers 11, 12, 13,
and 14.
Highlight 15.
Click on it with your Magic Wand.
New Raster layer.
Flood fill with #fbfbfb
Effects/Texture Effects/Straw Wall:
Match your settings to mine –
Give it the same slight Inner Bevel.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.
Color Pallet:
Foreground: #12abe1
Background: #e40a06
Set the foreground to Gradient:
Style: Linear
Angle: 42
Repeats: 2
Highlight 16.
Select All/Float/Defloat
New Raster layer.
Flood fill with the gradient.
Give it the same slight Inner Bevel.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.
Highlight Raster 12 template layer (“I’ll
make you see” wording).
Select All/Float/Defloat
New Raster layer.
Flood fill with #12abe1.
Give it a slight Inner Bevel:
Repeat the above step with:
Raster 13 template layer, Raster 14,
and Copy of Raster 14.
Add your elements. I used:
Sand: Flatten it using your Pick
Tool
Balloons 1, 2, and 3: Resize 90%
Starfish: Resize 30%/Duplicate
Fireworks 2 and 4: Resize 90%
Bow:
Resize 40%/Duplicate
Confetti: Duplicate
Boom Box: Resize 60%
Soda: Resize 60%/Duplicate
Rocket: Resize 70%/Free rotate Right 7
degrees/Duplicate/Mirror
Add your copyrights.
Add your name.
Color Pallet:
Foreground: #001163
Background: #e30905
Stroke: 1.0
Type your name.
Give it a slight Inner bevel 4x’s:
Adjust/Add Remove Noise/Add Noise:
Uniform and Monochrome checked
Noise: 38%
Noise: 38%
OK
Select All/Float/Defloat
New Raster layer below your name.
Flood fill with #fafafa
Deselect.
Merge Visible both name layers.
Close out your white background.
Merge Visible.
Resize all layers 500 pixels.
Save as a png.
