1 tube of choice – I used the artwork of Misticheskaya which can be purchased from Pics for Design.  You must have a license to use.

Font of choice - I used Simply Glamorous here

Monti Circular Mask here

“Spring Attitude” is a tagger size scrap kit created by Bib of Bibi’s Collection and can be purchased from Butterfly Blush.  You can visit her blog here.

This tutorial was written assuming you have a working knowledge of PSP.

~♥~ Let’s get started ~♥~

Open up a 700 x 700 blank canvas.

Flood fill white.

Copy and paste Element 12 as a new layer.

Resize 85%

Free rotate Right 90 degrees.

Click inside of it with your Magic Wand.

Selections/Modify/Expand by 4.

Selections/Invert

Copy and paste Paper 9 as a new layer below the frame.

Resize 45%

Move into a position you like.

Tap the delete key.

Deselect.

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer.

Add your elements.  I used:

61:  Resize 55%/Free rotate Right 8 degrees

77:  Resize 60%/Free rotate Right 70 degrees

10:  Resize 40%/Duplicate/Mirror/Resize 70%

52:  Resize 70%

17:  Resize 20%

31:  Resize 50%

44:  Resize 80%/Duplicate/Mirror/Flip

Highlight your white background.

New Raster layer.

Select All.

Copy and paste Paper 1 Into Selection.

Apply the mask.

Merge Group.

Add your credits.

Add your name.

Resize all layers 80%.
