Supplies

1 tube of choice – I used the adorable artwork of Sue Rundel-Hughes which can be purchased from PSP TubeStop.  You must have a license to use.

Font of choice - I used Chicken Basket here

This tutorial was written assuming you have a working knowledge of PSP.

~♥~ Let’s get started ~♥~

Open up a 700 x 700 blank canvas.

Flood fill white.

Copy and paste Frame 5 as a new layer.

Resize 90%

Free rotate Left 90 degrees.

Click inside of it with your Magic Wand.

Selections/Modify/Expand by 4.

Copy and paste Paper 5 as a new layer below the frame.

Resize 75%

Selections/Invert

Tap the delete key.

Deselect.

Close out your white canvas.

Merge Visible.

Reopen your white canvas.

Close out the merged layer for now.

Copy and paste Frame 6 as a new layer.

Free rotate Left 90 degrees.

Use your Selection Tool set on Rectangle and section off the bottom half of the frame:

Edit/Cut

Deselect.

Edit/Paste as a New layer.

Matching the sides up you want to create a thinner frame – to give you a better idea of the height you want to make it open up the merged layer and see my tag for reference.

Once you have both pieces of the frame matched up merge visible.

Click inside of it with your Magic Wand.

Selections/Modify/Expand by 4.

Copy and paste Paper 7 as a new layer below the frame.

Resize 85%

Selections/Invert

Tap the delete key.

Deselect.

Close out your white canvas and the merge layer.

Merge Visible.

Reopen all layers.

Copy and paste Frame 2 as a new layer.

Click inside of it with your Magic Wand.

Selections/Modify/Expand by 4.

Copy and paste Paper 6 as a new layer below the frame.

Resize 55%

Selections/Invert

Tap the delete key.

Deselect.

Copy and paste Flowers 4 as a new layer.

Resize 50%

Move into position – see my tag for reference.

Duplicate/Move below the frame.

Highlight the original element.

Use your Eraser Tool and erase whatever you don’t want seen outside of the frame.

Deselect.

Add your elements.  I used:

Flower 6:  Resize 25%/Flip

Flower 5:  Resize 25%

Grass:  Resize 80%/Duplicate twice

Vine:  Resize 25%

Snail:  Resize 20%/Mirror

Roses:  Resize 70%/Duplicate/Mirror/Erase the flower that overlaps

Scatter

Greenery 2:  Resize 60%/Duplicate/Mirror

Flowers:  Resize 70%/Duplicate

Bow 4:  Resize 50%

Highlight your white canvas.

New Raster layer.

Select All.

Copy and paste Paper 9 Into Selection.

Deselect.

Apply the mask

Use your Pick Tool to pull the sides out

Merge Group.

Add your credits.

Add your name.

Foreground:  Null

Background: #404040

Type your name.

Give it a slight Inner Bevel:

Crop your image.

Resize all layers 80%.
