a license to use.

“Gothic Girl” is a tagger size scrap
kit created by Purple Kreations and can be downloaded
from her blog here.
Be sure to leave a thank you after downloading as it’s a small gesture
for hard work given freely.
This tutorial was written assuming you have a working knowledge of PSP.
~♥~ Let’s get started ~♥~
Open up a 700 x 700 blank canvas.
Flood fill white.
From the Frames folder Copy and paste F 6 as a new layer.
Resize 65%
Click inside of it with your Magic Wand.
Selections/Modify/Expand by 4.
New Raster layer below the frame.
Copy and paste Paper 14 Into Selection.
Deselect.
Give the frame a drop shadow.
Close out your white background.
Merge Visible.
Reopen your white background.
New Raster layer below the merged layer.
Make your Selection Tool active set on Rectangle.
Create a rectangle approximately 500 x 300 pixels.
Copy and paste Paper 1 Into Selection.
If you need to center it more behind the merged frame layer then
deselect.
Center it behind the merged frame layer.
Click anywhere outside of it with your Magic Wand.
Selections/Invert
Selections/Modify/Contract by 4.
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 7 Into Selection.
Apply Greg’s Factory Output Vol. II – Pool Shadow:
Use Default settings accept lower the Intensity bar down to 82.
OK
DO NOT DESELECT YET.
Copy and paste Barbed Wire as a new layer.
Resize 75%
Duplicate
Move both barbed wire layers it into position over the top and bottom
of the purple rectangle – see my tag for reference.
Selections/Invert
Use your Erase Tool and erase the ends that overhang the rectangle.
Deselect.
From the frames folder Copy and paste Frame 3 as a new layer.
Resize 70%
Click inside of it with your Magic Wand.
Selections/Modify/Expand by 4.
New Raster layer below the frame.
Copy and paste Paper 4 Into Selection.
Deselect.
Give the frame a drop shadow.
Merge Visible the frame and paper.
Duplicate the merged layer 3 times and move them into position – see my
tag for reference.
From the frames folder Copy and paste Frame 4 as a new layer.
Resize 70%
Move into position – see my tag for reference.
Click inside of it with your Magic Wand.
Selections/Modify/Expand by 4.
New Raster layer below the frame.
Copy and paste Paper 14 Into Selection.
Deselect.
Add your elements. I used:
Skull Wings: Resize 70%
Bottle Cap Key Chain: Resize 60%
Wire 1: Duplicate 3 x’s/Erase
where you can see it overlaps
Sparkles
Highlight your white canvas.
New Raster layer.
Select All.
Copy and paste Paper 4 Into Selection.
Deselect.
Apply the mask.
Merge Group.
Add your name.
Convert to Raster layer.
Apply Eyecandy 3.1 – Glow:
Width: 3
Opacity: 100%
Opacity Drop Off: Fat
Color: White
OK
Resize all layers 80%
