This tutorial was written assuming you have a working knowledge of PSP.

~♥~ Let’s get started ~♥~

Open up a 700 x 700 blank canvas.
Flood fill white.

New Raster layer.
Select All.
Copy and paste paper 19 Into Selection.
Deselect.
Apply the mask.
Merge Group.

Copy and paste a tube as a new layer.
Move into position at the left of the mask.
Tip: If your tube doesn’t already have a feathered effect then simply move it into position and then apply Monit’s mask and then merge group.

Copy and paste Vintage Lamp 1 as a new layer.
Resize 70%
Move toward the upper left corner of your canvas.
Highlight the background layer.
Select All.
Highlight the Vintage Lamp layer
Selections/Modify/Feather:
Number of Pixels: 53
OK
Selections/Invert
Tap the delete key until you have the feathered effect to the vintage lamp that you like.
Deselect.

Copy and paste Dove 3 as a new layer.
Resize 40%
Move into position

Copy and paste your other tube as a new layer.
Move it into position at the left side of the circle mask.
Once you have it in the exact position apply the mask.
Merge Group.
Change the Properties to Multiply.
Lower the Opacity to about 44 or so.

Add your credits.

Add your name.
Copy and paste Quill Pen 3 as a new layer.
Resize 25%
Free rotate left 80 degrees
Position it near your name.
