Autumn Sunset


Supplies Needed  

1 tube of choice – I used the wonderful artwork of Ken Morton which can be purchased from CDO.  You must have a license to use. 

Font of choice – I used Chicken Basket which I supply here

"Autumn Sunset" is a tagger size scrap kit created by me, Bev of HorsePlay's Pasture Designs and can be purchased from any of my stores here.  They're listed in the upper right corner.  

~♥~ Let’s get started ~♥~

Open up a 700 x 700 blank canvas.
Flood fill white.

Copy and paste El30 as a new layer.
Resize 70%
Click inside of it with your Magic Wand.
Selections/Modify/Expand by 4.
New Raster layer below the frame.
Copy and paste Paper 8 Into Selection.
Deselect.

Merge Visible the frame and paper layer.
Duplicate the merged layer.
Move each into position - see my tag for reference.

Copy and paste El 31 as a new layer.
Resize 70%
Free rotate Right 90 degrees
Move into position in front of both merged layers - see my tag for reference.
We'll come back to this frame in a minute.

Copy and paste El 25 as a new layer.
Resize 60%
Move all layers into their exact position - see my tag for reference.

Highlight the round frame.
Click inside of it with your Magic Wand.
Selections/Modify/Expand by 4.
New Raster layer below the frame.
Copy and paste Paper 6 Into Selection.
Copy and paste EL 69 as a new layer and move into position - see my tag for reference.
Selections/Invert
Tap the delete key.
Deselect.

Highlight the Green frame.
Click inside of it with your Magic Wand.
Selections/Modify/Expand by 4.
New Raster layer below the frame.
Copy and pate Paper 9 Into Selection.
Deselect for now.

Copy and paste EL 1 as a new layer.
Resize 110%
Position the element in front of the frame - see my tag for reference.
Duplicate the element layer and move below the frame in your layers pallet.
Highlght the original element layer.
Erase the left side of the branch that overlaps the frame.
Your tree branch should now look like it's sticking out of the frame.

Copy and paste El 22 as a new layer.
Resize 70%
Move into position in front of the frame - see my tag for reference.
Duplicate the element layer and move below the frame in your layers pallet.
Highlight the original element layer.
Use your Eraser Tool and erase the parts of the elephant you don't want to overhang the frame.

Copy and paste EL 38 as a new layer.
Resize 55%
Move into position below the frame - see my tag for reference.
Highlight the paper layer.
Click anywhere outside of it with your Magic Wand.
Highlight the element layer.
Tap the delete key.
Deselect.

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer.
If you're using the same tube as I did, resize 60% and 95%/Mirror

Add your elements.  I used:
El 63:  Resize 85%/Duplicate/Move to the lower frame and erase what overhangs
El 9:  Resize 85%/Duplicate/Mirror/Free rotate Left 90 degrees
El 80:  Resize 
85%/Mirror/Duplicate/Duplicate/Resize 70%
El 47:  Resize 35%
El 46:  Resize 35%
El 13:  Resize 60%/Mirror
El 52:  Resize 25%
El 42:  Resize 40%
El 19:  Resize 40%/Duplicate as many times as you like
El 35:  Resize 20%
El 78:  Resize 80%/Move to bottom Right corner/Duplicate/Mirror/Merge Down/Duplicate/Flip

Add your copyright.

Add your Name:
Color Pallet - 
Foreground: #531e1e
Background: Pattern/Paper 9
Stroke: 2
Type your name.
Give it a slight Inner Bevel:

If you would like your tag saved without a white background then close the white background out.
Merge Visible.
Resize 500 x 500 pixels - resize all layers checked.
Save as a png.

If you want the white background then keep the white background open.
Merge Visible.
Resize 500 x 500 pixels - resize all layers checked.
Save as a jpg.
