She's Got the Beat

Supplies
1 tube of choice - I’m using the artwork of Keith Garvey which you can purchase here
Font of Choice - I’m using MotterFemD here
Babes Designz Template #11 here
Weescotlass Mask 62 here
Eyecandy 5 Impact: Gradient Glow - Optional

This tutorial was written assuming you have working knowledge of PSP.

~♥~ Let’s get started ~♥~

Open up the template. Shift + D.
Close out the original.
Delete the credit layer.
Highlight Small Rec. Inner layer.
Select All/Float/Defloat
Copy and paste a paper of choice - resize if you like
Selections/Invert
Tap the delete key.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.

Repeat the above step with all layers accept the Dot Half Circles layer.

Add your embellishments. I used:
Car: Resize 70%
Musical Notes 2: Resize 70%
Musical Note 4
Musical Notes 6: Resize 35% - duplicate and resize as many times as you like.
Juke Box: Resize 70% - position above the large rectangle inner layer and lower the opacity to 20%.
Bow 6: Resize 30%
Add your tube.

Highlight your white canvas.
New Raster layer.
Select All.
Copy and paste a paper of choice Into Selection.
Deselect.
Apply the mask.
Merge Group.

Add our copyrights.

Add your name.
Apply Eyecandy 5: Impact
Gradient Glow

Apply the Glow once more.

Resize all layers 90%.
