Supplies Needed
1 tube of choice – I
used the artwork of Arthur Crowe which can be purchased here. You must have a license to use.

This tutorial was
written assuming you have working knowledge of PSP.
~♥~ Let’s get started ~♥~
Open up a 700 x 700 blank canvas.
Flood fill white.
New Raster layer.
Make your Selection Tool active set
on Rectangle.
Create a rectangle approximately 325
x 450 pixels.
Copy and paste Paper 2 Into
Selection.
Adjust/Add Remove Noise/Add Noise:
Gaussian and Monochrome checked
Noise: 87%
OK
Deselect.
Move this layer a little to the
right on your canvas.
We’ll come back to this layer in a
little while.
Copy and paste Skull Frame as a new
layer.
Resize 45%
Duplicate 2x’s for a total of 3
frames.
Move all frames and glitter
rectangle into position – see my tag for reference.
Once all layers are in position,
Merge Visible the 3 skull frames.
Color Pallet:
Foreground: #C0C0C0
Background: #ffffff
Set on Gradient:
Angle: 128
Repeat: 2
Invert checked
Highlight the merged skull frame
layer.
Click inside of each frame with your
Magic Wand.
Selections/Modify/Expand by 2.
New Raster layer below the merged
frame layer.
Flood fill with the gradient.
Copy and paste your tube as a new
layer below the frames.
Change the Properties of the tube
layer to Overlay.
Selections/Invert
Tap the delete key.
Deselect.
Highlight the glitter layer.
Click anywhere outside of it with
your Magic Wand.
Selections/Invert
Selections/Modify/Contract by 7.
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 20 Into
Selection.
Do Not Deselect.
Copy and paste your tube as a new
layer.
Move into position in front of the
rectangle.
Duplicate – Change the Properties to
Soft Light, move below the original tube layer in your layers pallet, and Into
Position over the paper layer.
Selections/Invert
Tap the delete key.
Deselect.
Apply Brush Strokes – Sprayed
Strokes:
Stroke Length: 14
Spray Radius: 24
Stroke Direction: Right Diagonal.
OK
Add your elements. I used:
Bubble Hearts: Resize 50%
Fence: Resize 70%/Flip/Duplicate
Bear: Resize 50%/Mirror
Bow:
Resize 25%/Duplicate 2x’s/Mirror one of them
Glitter Stars: Resize 50%/Mirror
Frame
Highlight your white canvas.
New Raster Layer.
Select All.
Copy and paste Paper 7 Into
Selection.
Deselect.
Apply the mask.
Merge Group.
Add your copyrights.
Add your name.
Type your name.
Convert to Raster layer.
Select All/Float/Defloat
Selections/Modify/Expand by 2.
New Raster layer below your name.
Flood fill white.
Merge Visible both name layers.
Resize all layers 80%.
