I used a full size scrap
kit from the “Scrappin’ Your Heart Out Blog Train”. This portion is part of the January
Designer’s Choice created by Lady DG Scrap and can be downloaded from her blog here.
This tutorial was written
assuming you have a working knowledge of PSP.
~♥~ Let’s
get started ~♥~
Open up a 700 x 700 blank
canvas.
Flood fill white.
Copy and paste E69 as a
new layer.
Resize 30%.
Click inside of each
square with your Magic Wand.
Selections/Modify/Expand
by 4.
New Raster layer below
the frame.
Copy and paste Paper 12
Into Selection.
Deselect.
Copy and paste E77 as a
new layer.
Resize 20%
Duplicate
Move each element into
position – see my tag for reference.
To each frame:
Click inside of it with your
Magic Wand.
Selections/Modify/Expand
by 4.
New Raster layer below
the frame.
Copy and paste Paper 37
Into Selection.
Copy and paste one of
your tubes as a new layer – if you’re using the same tube as I did, have the tube
face outward.
Selections/Invert
Tap the delete key.
Change the Properties of
the tube to Luminance (Legacy).
Deselect.
Copy and paste E90 as a
new layer.
Resize 10%
Apply Mura’s Meister –
Copies:
Choose “Encircle” and
change the top 3 numbers as follows:
Number: 25
Shift X: 35
Shift Y: 35
OK
Duplicate the ring of
flowers and move each into position behind the round frames – see my tag for
reference.
Copy and paste your tube
as a new layer positioning it in front of the rectangular frame – see my tag
for reference.
Add your
elements. I used:
E2: Resize 15%/Duplicate
E103: Resize 10%/Duplicate/Resize 70%/Duplicate –
duplicate all 3 flowers
E92: Resize 15%/Duplicate/Mirror/Flip
E8: Resize 15%/Duplicate/Mirror/Flip
Crop the top and bottom
of your tag.
Highlight your white
background.
New Raster layer.
Select All.
Copy and paste Paper 1 Into
Selection.
Apply the mask.
Merge Group.
Add your copyrights.
Add your name.
Color Pallet:
Foreground: Null
Background: #533034
Type your name.
Convert to Raster layer.
Select All/Float/Defloat
Selections/Modify/Expand
by 2.
New Raster layer below your
name layer.
Flood fill with #f6ecee
Adjust/Add Remove
Noise/Add Noise:
Random and Monochrome
checked
Noise: 56%
OK
Deselect.
Highlight the darker name
layer.
Give it a slight Inner
Bevel:
Merge Visible both name
layers.
Close out your white
background.
Save your tag as a PNG.
