Autumn Night


Supplies Needed  

1 tube of choice – I used the wonderful artwork of VeryMany which can be purchased from Pics For  Design.  You must generate a license to use. 

Font of choice – I used Great Vibes here

~♥~ Let’s get started ~♥~

Open up the template.
Shift + D.
Close out the original.
Delete the Info layer, Stars, Word Art Black, Word Art White, Wordart D/S, and Brush layer.

Highlight Blue Square layer.
Click on it with your Magic Wand.
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 27 Into Selection.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.
Give the paper a slight Inner Bevel:
The Light Color is: #f0e2d0

Highlight Orange Square.
Repeat the above step.

Highlight Green Rectangle layer.
Click on it with your Magic Wand.
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 19 Into Selection.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.
Give the paper a slight Inner Bevel:

Highlght White Oval layer.
Click anywhere outside of it with your Magic Wand.
Selections/Invert
Paste Paper 19 (It should still be in memory) Into Selection.
Adjust/Add Remove Noise/Add Noise:
Uniform and Monochrome checked
Noise: 50%
OK
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.

Highlight Dotted Circle layer.
Select All/Float/Defloat
New Raster layer.
Paste Paper 19 Into Selection.
Add the same noise effect.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.

Repeat the above step with White Circle Frame 

layer.

Highlight Purple Oval layer.
Click on it with your Magic Wand.
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 28 Into Selection.
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer above the paper layer.
Move into position - see my tag for reference.
Selections/Invert
Tap the delete key.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.
Change the Properties of the tube to Soft Light.

Highlght Orange Circle layer.
Click on it with your Magic Wand.
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 29 Into Selection.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.
Give it the same slight Inner Bevel you used last.

Highlight Green Strip layer.
Click on it with your Magic Wand.
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 27 Into Selection.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.
Apply the same slight Inner Bevel.

Highlight Blue Circle layer.
Click on it with your Magic Wand.
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 7 Into Selection.
Copy and paste Element 68 as a new layer over the paper layer.
Resize 50% and move into position - see my tag for reference.
Selections/Invert
Tap the delete key.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.
Change the Properties of the element to Luminance.
Deselect.

Copy and paste Element 84 as a new layer.
Resize 10%
Apply Mura's Meister - Copies:
Choose Encircle
Change the top 3 numbers to:
Number: 15
Shift X: 25
Shift Y: 25
OK
Move this ring of flowers behind the small circle - see my tag for reference.

Paste Element 84 as a new layer again.
Resize 15%
Apply the same Mura's Mesiter - Copies effect accept change the top 3 numbers to:
Number 25
Shift X: 50
Shift Y: 50
OK
Move this ring of flowers behind the large circle - see my tag for reference.

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer.

Add your elements.  I used:
68:  Resize 40%
14:  Resize 20%/Duplicate
64:  Resize 30%
53:  Resize 50%/Duplicate/Flip
52:  Resize 30%
39:  Resize 15%

Highlight your white background.
New Raster layer.
Select All
Copy and paste Paper 2 Into Selection.
Deselect.
Apply the mask.
Make your Pick Tool active and pull down on the top and up on the bottom just a little.
Merge Group.

Crop your image.

Add your copyright.

Add your name:
Color Pallet: 
Foreground and Background: #000000
Stroke .5

Type your name.
Convert to Raster layer.
Apply Eyecandy 3.1 - Glow:
Width: 3
Opacity: 100
Opacity Dropoff: Fat
Color: #ee6a46
OK

Resize all layers 80%.

Autumn Sunset


Supplies Needed  

1 tube of choice – I used the wonderful artwork of Ken Morton which can be purchased from CDO.  You must have a license to use. 

Font of choice – I used Chicken Basket which I supply here

"Autumn Sunset" is a tagger size scrap kit created by me, Bev of HorsePlay's Pasture Designs and can be purchased from any of my stores here.  They're listed in the upper right corner.  

~♥~ Let’s get started ~♥~

Open up a 700 x 700 blank canvas.
Flood fill white.

Copy and paste El30 as a new layer.
Resize 70%
Click inside of it with your Magic Wand.
Selections/Modify/Expand by 4.
New Raster layer below the frame.
Copy and paste Paper 8 Into Selection.
Deselect.

Merge Visible the frame and paper layer.
Duplicate the merged layer.
Move each into position - see my tag for reference.

Copy and paste El 31 as a new layer.
Resize 70%
Free rotate Right 90 degrees
Move into position in front of both merged layers - see my tag for reference.
We'll come back to this frame in a minute.

Copy and paste El 25 as a new layer.
Resize 60%
Move all layers into their exact position - see my tag for reference.

Highlight the round frame.
Click inside of it with your Magic Wand.
Selections/Modify/Expand by 4.
New Raster layer below the frame.
Copy and paste Paper 6 Into Selection.
Copy and paste EL 69 as a new layer and move into position - see my tag for reference.
Selections/Invert
Tap the delete key.
Deselect.

Highlight the Green frame.
Click inside of it with your Magic Wand.
Selections/Modify/Expand by 4.
New Raster layer below the frame.
Copy and pate Paper 9 Into Selection.
Deselect for now.

Copy and paste EL 1 as a new layer.
Resize 110%
Position the element in front of the frame - see my tag for reference.
Duplicate the element layer and move below the frame in your layers pallet.
Highlght the original element layer.
Erase the left side of the branch that overlaps the frame.
Your tree branch should now look like it's sticking out of the frame.

Copy and paste El 22 as a new layer.
Resize 70%
Move into position in front of the frame - see my tag for reference.
Duplicate the element layer and move below the frame in your layers pallet.
Highlight the original element layer.
Use your Eraser Tool and erase the parts of the elephant you don't want to overhang the frame.

Copy and paste EL 38 as a new layer.
Resize 55%
Move into position below the frame - see my tag for reference.
Highlight the paper layer.
Click anywhere outside of it with your Magic Wand.
Highlight the element layer.
Tap the delete key.
Deselect.

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer.
If you're using the same tube as I did, resize 60% and 95%/Mirror

Add your elements.  I used:
El 63:  Resize 85%/Duplicate/Move to the lower frame and erase what overhangs
El 9:  Resize 85%/Duplicate/Mirror/Free rotate Left 90 degrees
El 80:  Resize 
85%/Mirror/Duplicate/Duplicate/Resize 70%
El 47:  Resize 35%
El 46:  Resize 35%
El 13:  Resize 60%/Mirror
El 52:  Resize 25%
El 42:  Resize 40%
El 19:  Resize 40%/Duplicate as many times as you like
El 35:  Resize 20%
El 78:  Resize 80%/Move to bottom Right corner/Duplicate/Mirror/Merge Down/Duplicate/Flip

Add your copyright.

Add your Name:
Color Pallet - 
Foreground: #531e1e
Background: Pattern/Paper 9
Stroke: 2
Type your name.
Give it a slight Inner Bevel:

If you would like your tag saved without a white background then close the white background out.
Merge Visible.
Resize 500 x 500 pixels - resize all layers checked.
Save as a png.

If you want the white background then keep the white background open.
Merge Visible.
Resize 500 x 500 pixels - resize all layers checked.
Save as a jpg.

Hocus Pocus


Supplies Needed

Open up the template.
Shift + D.
Close out the original.
Image/Resize all layers 90%
Image/Canvas Size:
700 x 550
New Raster layer.
Send to bottom.
Flood fill white.
Delete the top 3 layers.

Highlight Oval layer.
Click on it with your Magic Wand.
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 1 Into Selection.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.

Highlight Rectangle layer.
Click anywhere outside of it with your Magic Wand.
Selections/Invert
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 4 Into Selection.
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer over the paper layer.
Change the Properties of the tube to Overlay.
Move into position - see my tag for reference.
Selections/Invert
Tap the delete key.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.

Highlight Circle layer.
Click anywhere outside of it with your Magic Wand.
Selections/Invert
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 6 Into Selections.
Deselect for now.
Add the following elements within the circle.  Don't worry about what overhangs the paper.  We'll clean that up in a bit.
Flag:  Resize 50%
Medi Wicked Prop 25 (the tree)
Pop (Cauldron full of pumpkins):  Resize 40%
Fire:  Resize 35%

Once you have the elements moved into position - 
Highlight the circle paper.
Click anywhere outside of it with your Magic Wand.
Highlight each element and tap the delete key,
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.

Highlight the tree element layer.
Adjust/Brightness Contrast
Brightness: -26
Contrast: 23
OK

Highlight Strip layer.
Click anywhere outside of it with your Magic Wand.
Copy and paste Paper 8 as a new layer.
Tap the delete key.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer.
If you want to make it look like the tube is holding the bat:
Copy and paste Bat 2 as a new layer.
Resize 30%
Lower the Opacity so that you can see through the bat and move it into position so it looks as the bat is being held.
Make your Freehand Selection Tool active and section around the hands only.
Once you've done that, highlight the bat layer and tap the delete key.
Deselect.
Turn the Opacity back up to 100.

Add your elements.  I used:
Frame 2:  Resize 60%
Sparkles:  Resize 35%
Brown (broom):  Resize 45%
Paper Heart 2:  Resize 10%/Duplicate
Cat 2:  Resize 35%
Witch Skull:  REsize 2-%

Highlight your white background.
New Raster layer.
Select All
Copy and paste Paper 8 Into Selection.
Deselect.
Apply the mask.
Use your Pick Tool and pull all sides out slightly.
Merge Group.

Add your copyright.

Add your name:
Color Pallet: 
Foreground: #000000
Background: #fcc653
Stroke: 1.0

Type your name.
Give it a slight Inner Bevel.

Resize all layers 80%.
