Jersey Girls 10

Supplies Needed

1 tube of choice – I used the wonderful artwork of Ellie Milk which can be purchased from PicsFor Design.  You must generate a license to use.

Font of choice – I used SNF Party Script – a pay font

Vix Mask 452 here

Clarez Creationz Template 81 here

Plug Ins used:
Brush Strokes – Crosshatch and Sprayed Strokes
Video Rave – Tiled Glass
Xero - Porcelain

 “Jersey Girl’s” are separate CU scrap kits from the following designers; the papers are from Kara of SweetCravings Scraps, and the elements are from Jackie of Lagalerie de Jackie, and ZaZa of Scrap and Tubes.  It is part of the TKO Collaboration (the CU part) and can be purchased here.  Thank you Kara, Jackie, and ZaZa for your portion!
  
This tutorial was written assuming you have working knowledge of PSP. 

~~ Let’s get started ~~

Open up the template.
Shift + D.
Close out the original.
Delete the credit layer.
Image/Canvas Size:
650 x 525
OK
The background should automatically turn white.  If not, highlight the background layer and flood fill white.

All papers in this tutorial come from the folder “SCS_JerseyGirlsCollab” – from the tagger size folder.

Highlight Raster 1 layer.
Click on it with your Magic Wand.
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 7 Into Selection.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.
Apply Video Rave – Tiled Glass:
Use Default Settings.
Give it a slight Inner Bevel:

Highlight Raster 2 layer.
Click on it with your Magic Wand.
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 5 Into Selection.
Adjust/Add Remove Noise/Add Noise:
Gaussian and Monochrome checked
Noise: 30%
OK
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.
Give it the same slight Inner Bevel.

Highlight Copy (2) of Raster 3 layer.
Merge Down.
Merge Down.
All 3 squares should be on one layer.
Click on each one with your Magic Wand.
Selections/Modify/Expand by 5.
New Raster layer below the template layer.
Copy and paste Paper 5 Into Selection.
Give it the same slight Inner Bevel.
Selections/Modify/Contract by 5.
New Raster layer above the template layer.
Copy and paste Paper 6 Into Selection.
Apply Brush Strokes – Crosshatch:
Stroke: 9
Sharpness: 6
Strength: 1
OK
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer over the paper layer.
Move into position
Selections/Invert
Tap the delete key.
Deselect.
Apply Xero – Porcelain to the tube layer:
Use Default Settings.

Highlight Raster 4 layer.
Click on it with your Magic Wand.
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 4 Into Selection.
Adjust/Add Remove Noise/Add Noise:
Gaussian and Monochrome checked
Noise: 30%
OK
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.
Give the paper the same slight Inner Bevel.

Highlight Promoted Section layer.
Click anywhere outside of it with your Magic Wand.
Selections/Invert
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 6 Into Selection.
Apply Brush Strokes – Crosshatch –
Use default settings.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer.
Position in front of the oval shapes – see my tag for reference.

Add your elements.  I used:
From the folder “GJ_CUTKOCollabJerseygirl”
1:  Resize 12%
10:  Resize 5% and 60%
11:  Resize 5% and 50%
15:  Resize 5% and 50%
18:  Resize 5% and 30%/Free rotate Right 75 degrees/Duplicate as many times as you like.  Duplicate a couple of them and resize 70%
From the folder “ZaZa_Jersey Girls_TKO Collab” from the tagger size folder:
10:  Resize 45%/Free rotate right 15 degrees
11:  Resize 50%/Mirror
8:  Resize 40%
9:  Resize 30%

Highlight your white background.
Select All.
Copy and paste Paper 3 Into Selection.
Deselect.
Adjust/Blur/Gaussian Blur:
Radius: 4
OK
Apply the Brush Stroke – Sprayed Strokes:
Use same Settings.
Apply the mask.
Merge Group.

Add your copyrights.

Add your name:
Color Pallet: 
Foreground and Background: #f938fa
Stroke 1

Type your name.
Convert to Raster layer.
Select All/Float/Defloat
Selections/Modify/Expand by 2.
New Raster layer below the name.
Copy and paste Paper 3 Into Selection.
Deselect.
Highlight the Pink name layer.
Give it a slight Inner Bevel:

Merge Visible both name layers.

Resize all layers 80%.

This tutorial was written assuming you have working knowledge of PSP. 

~~ Let’s get started ~~

Open a 700 x 700 blank canvas.
Flood fill white.

Color Pallet:
Foreground: #ff3cfb
Background: #000000
Set to Gradient
Style: Linear
Angle: 0
Repeats: 0
Invert checked
OK

Copy and paste Frame as a new layer.
Click inside of it with your Magic Wand.
Selections/Modify/Expand by 4.
New Raster layer below the frame.
Flood fill with the gradient.
Deselect.

Copy and paste your tube (Or Poser #4 from Krissy’s folder in the CU section of the collab) as a new layer as a new layer.  If you’re using the same poser as I did, resize 60%

New Raster layer.
Make your Selection Tool active set on Rectangle.
Create a rectangle approximately 300 x 450 pixels.
Copy and paste Paper 2 Into Selection.
Apply Brush Strokes – Crosshatch:
Stroke Length: 48
Sharpness: 6
Strength: 1
OK
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 1 Into Selection.
Apply the same Brush Stroke effect using the same settings.
Deselect.
Move both paper layers into position – see my tag for reference.

Add your elements.  I used:
Nail Polish:  Resize 50%
Lipstick:  Resize 40%
Cream:  Resize 50%
Hat 2:  Mirror (Place behind the papers)

Highlight your white background.
Select All.
Copy and paste Paper 1 Into Selection.
Deselect.
Adjust/Blur/Gaussian Blur:
Radius: 10
OK
Apply the mask.
Merge Group.
Duplicate
Change the Properties to Screen

Add your copyrights.

Add your name:
Color Pallet: 
Foreground and Background: #000000
Stroke 1

Type your name.
Convert to Raster layer.
Select All/Float/Defloat
Selections/Modify/Expand by 2.
New Raster layer below the name.
Flood fill with #f9f9ed
Adjust/Add Remove Noise/Add Noise:
Monochrome and Gaussian checked
Noise: 83%
OK
Deselect.
Merge Visible both name layers.

Resize all layers 80%.

This tutorial was written assuming you have working knowledge of PSP. 

~~ Let’s get started ~~

Open the template.
Shift + D.
Close out the original.
Delete the credit layer.

Highlight Glitter Circle 1 layer.
Click anywhere outside of it with your Magic Wand.
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 4 Into Selection.
Adjust/Add Remove Noise/Add Noise:
Gaussian and Monochrome checked
Noise: 83%
OK
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.

Repeat the above step with
Glitter Rectangle, Top Glitter Square, and Bottom Glitter Square.

Highlight Circle 1 layer.
Click on it with your Magic Wand.
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 7 Into Selection.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.

Repeat the above step with Top Square and Bottom Square.
Merge Visible both top and bottom square paper layers.
Click anywhere outside of it with your Magic Wand.
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer.
Change the Properties to Overlay.
Move into position over both squares.
Tap the delete key.
Deselect.

Highlight Rectangle 1 layer.
Click on it with your Magic Wand.
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 3 Into Selection.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.

Highlight Rectangle 2 layer.
Click on it with your Magic Wand.
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 6 Into Selection.
Copy and paste Bar as a new layer.
Change the Properties to Soft Light.
Move into position over the paper.
Selections/Invert
Tap the delete key.
Deselect.

Copy and paste your tube again.
Move into position beside the small squares – see my tag for reference.
If you used the poser I did, resize 30%

Add your elements.  I used:
Whip:  Free rotate Left 80 degrees
Belt:  Resize 50%/Duplicate
Lips:  Resize 30%
Dolla Sign:  Resize 35%
Brass Knuckled:  Resize 60%
Dice:  Resize 30%
Earrings:  Resize 25%/Mirror
Drink Shaker:  Resize 40%
Cocktail:  Resize 40%

Highlight your white background.
Select All.
Copy and paste Paper 9 Into Selection.
Deselect.
Apply the mask.
Merge Group.

Add your copyrights.

Add your name:
Color Pallet: 
Foreground and Background: #000000
Stroke 1

Type your name.
Give it a slight Inner Bevel
Convert to Raster layer.
Select All/Float/Defloat
New Raster layer below the name.
Flood fill with #fe71ff
Adjust/Add Remove Noise/Add Noise:
Use same settings.
Deselect.
Merge Visible both name layers.

Resize all layers 80%.

Open up a 700 x 700 blank canvas.
Flood fill white.

Copy and paste Double Frame 1 as a new layer.
Click inside of each circle with your Magic Wand.
Selections/Modify/Expand by 4.
New Raster layer below the frame.
Copy and paste Paper 11 Into Selection.
Deselect.

Copy and paste the poser “Jersey Girl 02” from Diva’s Designz folder.
Resize 30%
Mirror
See my tag for placement.

Copy and paste Frame 1 as a new layer.
Resize 50%
Make your Pick Tool active and pull the side in a little to make it more of a rectangle.  See my tag for reference.
Duplicate 5 x’s and move all of them into position – see my tag for reference.

Add your elements.  I used:
Ribbon 3:  Resize 70%/Duplicate 3x’s
Flower 1:  Resize 25%/Duplicate
Flower 2:  Resize 20%/Duplicate

Add your copyrights.

Add your name:
Color Pallet: 
Foreground:  #000000
Background: #c39753
Stroke 1

Type your name.
Give it a slight Inner Bevel:

Highlight Rec 1 layer.
Click anywhere outside of it with your Magic Wand.
Copy and paste Paper 8a as a new layer.
Resize 70%
Selections/Invert
Tap the delete key.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.

Highlight Circle 1 layer.
Click on it with your Magic Wand.
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 9 Into Selection
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.

Repeat the above step with
Circle 4 layer.

Highlight Circle 2 layer.
Click on it with your Magic Wand.
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 9b Into Selection.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.

Highlight Rec 2 layer.
Click anywhere outside of it with your Magic Wand.
Copy and paste Paper 7a as a new layer.
Resize 60%
Tap the delete key.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.

Highlight Circle 3 layer.
Click on it with your Magic Wand.
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 9e Into Selection.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.

Highlight Rec 3 layer.
Click on it with your Magic Wand.
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 8a Into Selection.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.

Copy and paste Button as a new layer.
Resize 5% and 60%
Apply Mura’s Mesiter – Copies
Set on Encircle match your settings to mine:

Move the circle of buttons into position over the large pink circle.
Duplicate the circle of buttons.
Resize 85% and move into position over the green circle.
Duplicate the circle of buttons.
 Resize 90% and move into position over the small Orange circle.

Copy and paste Nat Flower as a new layer.
Resize15%
Apply Mura’s Mesiter – Copies:
Use Same settings.
See my tag for placement of the circle of flowers.

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer.  If you’re using the posers from the kit, resize 75%
Move into position – see my tag for reference.

Add your elements.  I used:
Nat Flower 2:  Resize 25%/Duplicate/Resize 70%/Duplicate/Duplicate all 3 flower layers.
Bird 1:  Resize 25%
Bird Branch:  Resize 60%
Bug:  Resize 25% and 70%
Lolly 2:  Resize 60%/Free rotate Left 7 degrees
Lolly 4:  Resize 60%/Free rotate Right 10 degrees
Lipstick 4:  Resize 40%
Mascara:  Resize 40%

Highlight your white background.
Select All.
Copy and paste Paper 3 Into Selection.
Deselect.
Adjust/Blur/Gaussian Blur:
Radius: 10%
OK
Apply the mask.
Make your Pick Tool active and pull the sides out just a little.
Merge Group.

Add your copyrights.

Add your name:
Color Pallet: 
Foreground:  #000000
Background: #f736fc
Stroke 1

Type your name.
Tilt it slightly.
Give it a drop shadow.

Resize all layers 80%.
