“Over the Hill” is a tagger size scrap kit (also available in full size) created by Deb of Me Oh My Graphics and is part of the TKO Birthday Collaboration and can be purchased from TKO Scraps. You can visit Deb’s blog here.
This tutorial was written assuming you have a working knowledge of PSP.
~♥~ Let’s get started ~♥~
Open up a 700 x 700 blank canvas.
Flood fill white.
Copy and paste Frame 2 as a new layer.
Free rotate Left 90 degrees
Click inside of it with your Magic Wand.
Selections/Modify/Expand by 4.
Copy and paste Paper 5 as a new layer beneath the frame.
Move into a position you like.
Tap the delete key.
Copy and paste a poser of choice from Medievil Creations folder.
Position off to the right side of the mirror – see my tag for reference.
Move into position below the frame.
Highlight the paper layer.
Click anywhere outside of it with your Magic Wand.
Highlight the poser that’s just above the paper layer.
Tap the delete key.
Copy and paste Doodle 1 as a new layer.
Free rotate Left 110 degrees
Position behind the frame so that just a small portion of it sticks out.
Duplicate/Mirror/Move into position
Merge Visible both Doodle layers.
Add your elements. I used:
Ribbon 1: Duplicate 2x’s for a total of 3.
Glitter Hearts: Duplicate
Fifty: Resize 25%
Flower 2: Resize 10%/Duplicate 3x’s and place on the ribbon – see my tag for reference.
Duplicate the original Flower as many times as you need to and place these under each heart.
Stickpin: Resize 25%/Mirror
Gift Box 1: Resize 45%
Cupcake 2: Resize 25%
Highlight your white background.
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 2 Into Selection.
Apply the mask.
Add your credits.
Add your name.
Apply Eyecandy 3.1 – Glow:
Opacity Drop Off: Fat
Resize all layers 80%.
