I could almost hear the seagulls screeching in this one!!

This tutorial was written assuming you have working knowledge of PSP.

~♥~ Let’s get started ~♥~

Open up a 700 X 700 transparent image.
Flood fill white.

Copy and paste Frame 5 as a new layer.
Resize 75%.
Use your Freehand Selection tool and outline the ribbon.
Selections/Invert.
Copy and paste a paper of choice below the frame.
Tap the delete key.
Deselect.
Close out your white canvas.
Merge Visible.

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer.

Add your embellishments. I used:
Palm Tree 1: Resize 85%
Flower 2: Resize 90%
Grass 2: Resize 30%
Flower 3, 4, and 5: Resize 30%

Highlight your white canvas.
New Raster Layer.
Select All.
Copy and paste a paper of choice Into Selection.
Deselect.
Apply the mask.
Merge Group.
Resize 110%.

Add your copyrights.

Add your name.

Crop your image.

Resize all layers 85%.
