Happily Ever After


Supplies Needed

1 tube of choice – I used the beautiful artwork of Zindy S.D. Nielson which can be purchased here.

Font of choice – I used Purple Pen here

Weescotlass Mask 249 here

My template 165 here

Plug Ins used:
Brush Strokes - Crosshatch

“Peach Wedding Kit” is a tagger size scrap kit created by Tiny Turtle Designs and can be purchased here.  
  
This tutorial was written assuming you have a working knowledge of PSP. 

~~ Let’s get started ~~

Open up the template.
Shift + D
Close out the original.
Highlight the background layer.
Image/Canvas size 700 px.
Flood fill white.
Delete the credit layer.

Highlight Raster 1.
Click on it with your Magic Wand.
Selections/Modify/Expand by 10.
New Raster layer below the template layer.
Copy and paste Paper 3 Into Selection.
Adjust/Blur/Gaussian blur:
Radius: 5
OK
Adjust/Add Remove Noise/Add Noise:
Uniform and Monochrome checked
Noise: 45%
OK
Effects/Texture Effects/Blinds:
Width: 2
Opacity: 45
Set the color to #ad9b81
Light from Left/Top checked
OK
Repeat the Blind effect 2 more times for a total of 3 times you’ve applied it.
Deselect.

Repeat the above steps with the following template layers –
Raster 4
Raster 5

Highlight Raster 1.
Click on it with your Magic Wand.
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 22 Into Selection.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.

Highlight Raster 2.
Click on it with your Magic Wand.
Copy and paste Paper 10 as a new layer.
Move into a position you like over the template.
Right click on the paper in your layers pallet and choose “Promote Section to Layer”
Delete original paper.
Delete template layer.
Deselect.
To the promoted layer apply Brush Strokes – Crosshatch:
Stroke length: 9
Sharpness: 6
Strength: 1
OK

Highlight Raster 3.
Click on it with your Magic Wand.
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 22 Into Selection.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.
Apply the same Crosshatch effect.

Highlight Raster 4.
Click on it with your Magic Wand.
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 9 Into Selection.
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer over the paper layer.
Selections/Invert
Tap the delete key.
Deselect.
If you’re using the same tube as I did, change the Properties to Luminance (Legacy).
Delete the template layer.

Highlight Raster 5.
Click on it with your Magic Wand.
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 10 Into Selection.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.

Add your elements.  I used:
2:  Place behind the biggest circle you gave noise to.
2 (again):  Resize 85%, place behind the noise circle with the tube
2 (again):  Resize 65%, place behind last noise circle
59
41:  Resize 70%
28:  Resize 40%
53:  Resize 25%/Free rotate Right 4 degrees/Duplicate/Mirror/Resize 70%
43:  Resize 25%
78:  Resize 25%/Duplicate
101:  Resize 25%/Duplicate/Resize 70%/Duplicate
47:  Resize 40%
97:  Resize 30%
70:  Resize 85%/use Eraser Tool to fade the ends

Highlight your white background.
New Raster layer.
Select All.
Copy and paste Paper 15 Into Selection.
Adjust/Blur/Gaussian Blur:
Radius: 10
OK
Deselect.
Apply the mask.
Resize 115%
Merge Group.
Duplicate and change the Properties to Multiply.

Add your copyrights.

Add your name.
Color Pallet:
Foreground: #543b31
Background: #aa5a2b
Stroke width: 1
Type your name.
Convert to Raster layer.
Give it a slight Inner Bevel:

Close out your white background.
Save your tag as a PNG.
