Supplies Needed
1 tube of choice – I used
the wonderful artwork of Jane Starr Weils which can be purchased from Digital Art Heaven.
Plug Ins used:
Brush Strokes – Crosshatch

This tutorial was written
assuming you have a working knowledge of PSP.
~♥~ Let’s
get started ~♥~
Open up a 700 x 700 blank
canvas.
Flood fill white.
Copy and paste el3 as a
new layer.
Resize 60%
Click inside of it with
your Magic Wand.
Selections/Modify/Expand
by 4.
New Raster layer below
the frame.
Copy and paste Paper 17
Into Selection.
Deselect.
Copy and paste el 2 as a
new layer.
Resize 40% and move into
exact position at the left side of the big frame – see my tag for reference.
Duplicate/Mirror
To the Left Frame:
Click inside of it with
your Magic Wand.
Selections/Modify/Expand
by 2.
New Raster layer below
the frame.
Copy and paste Paper 17
Into Selection.
Copy and paste your tube
as a new layer below the frame.
Right click on the tube
in your layers pallet and choose “Promote Section to Layer” from the sub menu.
Delete the original tuber
layer.
Change the Properties of
the promoted tube layer to Soft Light.
Deselect.
Duplicate and mirror:
Small frame layer, Paper
layer that belongs to it, and the tube layer.
Copy and paste el1 as a
new layer just above your white background.
Resize 40%
Adjust/Add Remove
Noise/Add Noise:
Uniform and Monochrome
checked
Noise: 37%
OK
Apply Brush Strokes - Crosshatch:
Stroke length: 9
Sharpness: 6
Strength: 1
OK
Duplicate/Mirror/Flip
Move both frames into
exact position – see my tag for reference.
To each frame:
Click inside of it with
your Magic Wand.
Selections/Modify/Expand
by 4.
New Raster layer below
the frame.
Copy and paste Paper 15 Into
Selection.
Deselect.
Copy and paste el 4 as a
new layer.
Resize 30%
Duplicate
Move both frames into
position behind the black frames – see my tag for reference.
Add your
elements. I used:
El40
El54: Resize 70%
El20: Resize 60%/Mirror/Duplicate/Resize 70%
El52: Resize 70%
El57: Resize 40%
El56: Resize 40% and 85%/Duplicate
El58: Resize 25%/Duplicate
El58 again: Resize 25% and 85%/Duplicate 3x’s for a total
of 4 flowers
El44: Resize 40%/Duplicate
El55: Resize 55%
El36: Resize 55%
El25: Resize 60%
El24: Resize 30%/Free rotate Left 90 degrees
El15: Resize 30%/Duplicate/Mirror
El17: Resize
30%/Duplicate
El16: Resize 30%/Duplicate
Crop your image.
Highlight your white
background.
New Raster layer.
Select All.
Copy and paste Paper 15
Into Selection.
Deselect.
Merge Group.
Duplicate
Change the Properties to
Soft Light.
Add your copyrights.
Add your name.
Color Pallet:
Foreground and Background:
#0e1118
Make your Text Tool
active.
Type your name.
Convert to Raster layer.
Select All/Float/Defloat
Selections/Modify/Expand
by 2
New Raster layer below
your name.
Flood fill with #bac5d0
Adjust/Add Remove
Noise/Add Noise:
Use Same settings.
OK
Deselect.
Merge Visible both name
layers.
Close out your white background.
Save your tag as a PNG.
