This tutorial was written assuming you have a working knowledge of PSP.
~♥~ Let’s get started ~♥~
Open up a 700 x 700 blank canvas.
Flood fill white.
Copy and paste Element 13 as a new layer.
Free rotate Left 90 degrees.
Copy and paste Element 32 as a new layer below the oval frame.
Resize 60%
Position at the left side of the frame – see my tag for reference.
Duplicate/Mirror
Merge Down.
Highlight the oval frame.
Click inside of it with your Magic Wand.
Selections/ModifyExpand by 4.
Highlight the merged layer.
Tap the delete key.
New Raster layer below the Oval Frame.
Copy and paste Paper 1 Into Selection.
Copy and paste Element 26 as a new layer below the frame – see my tag
for placement.
Selections/Invert
Tap the delete key.
Copy and paste element 21 as new layer.
Resize 80%
Tap the delete key.
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer below the frame.
Tap the delete key.
Deselect.
Copy and paste Paper 16 as a new layer.
Resize 50%
Free rotate Left 7 degrees.
Duplicate/Mirror
Copy and paste Paper 17 as a new layer.
Resize 50%
Free rotate Left 7 degrees
Duplicate/Mirror
See my tag for placement of all 4 paper layers.
Add your elements. I used:
El 14: Resize 70%/Mirror
El 12: Resize 70%
El 2: Resize 60%
El 16: Resize 60%/Mirror
El 48: Resize 605%/Free rotate
Left 25 degrees
El 47: Resize 60%/Free rotate
Right 25 degrees
El 52: Resize 60%/Free rotate
Left 100 degrees
El 1
Highlight your white background.
New Raster layer.
Select All
Copy and paste Paper 18 Into Selection.
Deselect.
Apply the Mask.
Resize 120%
Merge Group
Add your credits.
Add your name.
Foreground: #404040
Background: #a78cb9
Stroke: 1
OK
Type your name.
Give it a slight Inner Bevel:
Resize all layers 80%.
