This tutorial was written assuming you have a working knowledge of PSP.
~♥~ Let’s get started ~♥~
Open up the template.
Shift + D.
Close out the original.
Resize all layers 80%
Image/Canvas Size
700 x 600
OK
Highlight the Background layer.
Flood fill white.
Delete the top 2 layers and Words layer.
Color Pallet:
Foreground: #e6e6e6
Background: #474747
Set the foreground on Gradient -
Style: Linear
Angle: 0
Repeats: 1
Invert checked
OK
Highlight Glitter Rectangle Right layer.
Click anywhere outside of it with your Magic Wand.
Selections/Invert
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 4 Into Selection.
Adjust/Add Remove Noise/Add Noise:
Uniform and Monochrome checked
Noise: 63%
OK
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.
Repeat the above step with:
Glitter Rectangle Left
Glitter Rectangle.
Highlight Rectangle Right layer.
Click on it with your Magic Wand.
New Raster layer.
Open up Paper 6
Mirror
Copy and Paste Into Selection.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.
Highlight Rectangle Right layer.
Click on it with your Magic Wand.
New Raster layer.
Make Paper 6 active.
Undo the mirroring you did.
Copy and paste Into Selection.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.
Highlight Dotted Line 1 layer.
Click outside of them with your Magic Wand.
Copy and paste Paper 9 as a new layer.
Resize 80%
Selections/Invert
Tap the delete key.
Deselect.
Highlight Gold Rectangle layer.
Select All/Float/Defloat
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 4 Into Selection.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.
Repeat the above step with:
Lines
Dotted Rectangle
Highlight Thin Rectangle 1 layer.
Click on each one with your Magic Wand.
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 8 Into Selection.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.
Highlight Thin Rectangle 2 layer.
Repeat the above step.
Create a new canvas - any size - 500 x 500 will do.
Flood fill with #e6e6e6
Copy
Close this out as you won’t need it any more.
Highlight Dotted Lines 2 layer.
Click anywhere outside of it with your Magic Wand.
Selections/Invert
New Raster layer.
Paste the color Into Selection.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.
Highlight Oval layer.
Click on it with your Magic Wand.
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 5 Into Selection.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.
Apply Eyecandy 3. 1 - Glow:
Width: 3
Opacity: 100
Opacity Drop off: Fat
Color: #000000
OK
Highlight Rectangle layer.
Click on it with your Magic Wand.
New Raster layer.
Flood fill with the gradient.
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 3 Into Selection.
Change the Properties to Overlay.
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer.
Selections/Invert
Tap the delete key.
Change the Properties to Multiply
Lower the Opacity to about 51
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.
Add your elements. I used:
Glitter Spill: Duplicate/Mirror/Duplicate and Flip both Glitter Spill layers
Floral Deco: Resize 60%/Duplicate/Mirror
Key 2: Resize 25%
Key 1: Resize 25%/Free rotate Left 5 degrees
Flower 2: Resize 30%
Flower 3: Resize 25%
Butterfly 1: Resize 80%/Mirror
Butterfly 2: Resize 80%
Feather: Resize 25%/Flip/Duplicate/Free rotate Right 15 degrees
Highlight your white canvas.
New Raster layer.
Select All.
Copy and paste Paper 8 Into Selection.
Deselect.
Apply the mask.
Merge Group.
Add your copyrights.
Add your name.
Foreground: #000000
Background: #474747
Stroke: 0.8
Type your name.
Give it a slight Inner Bevel:
Resize all layers 80%.
