Supplies

1 tube of choice and 1 close up image -  I used the awesome artwork of VeryMany and can be purchased from Pics for Design.  You must generate a license to use.

Font of choice - I used Simply Glorious here

Vix Mask 350 here

“2 Tix 2 Paradyce” is a tagge size scrap kit created by Dianna of Digicats (& Dogs) and can be found on her blog here.  Please be sure to leave a thank you after downloading as it’s a small gesture for hard work given freely.

This tutorial was written assuming you have a working knowledge of PSP.

~♥~ Let’s get started ~♥~

Open up a 700 x 700 blank canvas.
Flood fill white.

Copy and paste Frame 2 as a new layer.
Click inside of it with your Magic Wand.
Selections/Modify/Expand by 4
New Raster layer below the frame.
Copy and paste Paper 20 Into Selection.
Copy and paste your close up image as a new layer below the frame.
Move into position.
Selections/Invert
Tap the delete key.
Deselect.

Close out your white background.
Merge Visible.
Reopen your white background.

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer.
Give it an exaggerated drop shadow.

Add your embellishments.  I used:
Splatter 4:  Duplicate
Dready Bear:  Resize 50%
Chaotic Heart:  Resize 50%
Frame 6
Emo Chain:  Resize 75%

Highlight your white canvas.
New Raster layer.
Select All.
Copy and paste Paper 7 Into Selection
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 8 Into Selection.
Deselect.
To each paper layer:
Apply the mask.
Resize 120%
Merge Group.
Move one of the masks slightly to the side.

Add your copyrights.

Add your name.

Resize all layers 80%.
