A Nightmare in Fells

Supplies
1 tube of choice - I’m using the artwork of Zindy S.D. Nielsen which you can purchase here
Font of Choice - I’m using Blood Cyrillic here
Weescotlass Mask 254 here

This tutorial was written assuming you have a working knowledge of PSP.

~♥~ Let’s get started ~♥~

Open up a 700 X 700 transparent image.
Flood Fill white.

New Raster layer.
Select All.
Copy and paste a paper of choice Into Selection.
Copy and paste Element 8 as a new layer.
Merge Down.
Apply the mask.
Merge Group.

Copy and paste Element 3 as a new layer.
Resize 65%.
Use your Selection Tool set on Ellipse and create an oval centered over the cover of the book.
Copy and paste as new layers Elements 25 & 26.
It’s alright to leave some hanging outside of the dotted oval lines!
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer.
Merge Visible the trees and tube layer.
Selections/Modify/Feather
Number of Pixels: 43
Tap the delete key until you have the feathered look you want.
Deselect.

Merge Visible the feathered image and the book.
Free rotate left 15 degrees.

Add your embellishments. I used:
Element 12: Resize 50%
Element 25
Element 16: Resize 50% Free rotate right 20 degrees
Element 2
Element 4: Resize
Element 23: Resize 40%
Element 1: Didn’t resize to place behind the book.
Resized 25% to place in front of the book. Duplicated and resized 80%.
Element 7
Element 6

Add your copyrights.

Add your name.

Resize all layers 85%.
