Rub a Dub Dub

Supplies
1 tube of choice - I’m using the artwork of PinUpToons which you can purchase here
Font of Choice - I’m using j.d. here
WSL Mask 84 here
Essence of Creativity Template 18 here

This tutorial was written assuming you have working knowledge of PSP.

~♥~ Let’s get started ~♥~

Open up the template. Shift +D. Close out the original.
Delete the copyright layer.
Click on the background layer.
Image/Canvas size
700 X 700 pixels.
OK
Flood Fill white.

Highlight Dotted Line layer.
Select All/Float/Defloat
Copy and paste a paper of choice as a new layer.
Selections/Invert
Hit the delete key.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.

Repeat the above step for all the layers.

Copy and paste Frame 1 as a new layer.
Resize 60%
Move into position over the large circle.

Copy and paste Frame 2 as a new layer.
Resize 30%.
Move into position over the smaller circle.

To each of the frames:
Adjust/Add Remove Noise/Add Noise
Uniform and Monochrome checked
Noise: 15%
OK

Copy and paste the Bath tub as a new layer.
Resize 35%
Colorize if you like.

Copy and paste your tube and move into position
.
Copy and paste Mirror 2 as a new layer.
Resize 25% and 85%
Move into position.
Use your Free Hand Selection Tool and outline the mirror just inside the frame.
Copy and paste your tube again positioning it over the mirror.
Selections/Modify/Feather
Number of Pixels: 15
Selections/Invert
Tap the delete key until you have the feathered look you want.
Deselect.

Add your embellishments. I used:
Butterfly 1 & 2: Resize 25% and 40%
Bubbles: 25% and 50%
Pink Bubbles: Resize 25% and 85%
Brush: Resize 25% and 60%
Boat: Resize 25%
Duckie: Resize 25% and 70%

Now we’re going to type the words Rub a dub dub.
In your color pallet make your foreground black. Close out your backbround.
Using your Elipse tool make a huge circle on your canvas.
Objects/Align/Center in Canvas
You can always click on your Pick Tool and make the circle wider if you need to so that the words won't be on such a sharp curve.
Change the colors in your color pallet to colors that will match your tag/tube. Stroke set at 2.
Move your cursor over the circle until you see a Rocking A.
Click our mouse. A text box will appear.
Type the words Rub a dub dub (or whatever you like)
Click on the + next to Vector Circle.
Close out the New Ellipse layer.
Right click on the Vector 1 layer.
Convert to Raster layer.
Duplicate.
On the duplicate layer:
Adjust/Blur/Gaussian blur
Radius 3.00
OK

On the original name layer apply the same Noise as you used on the frames.

Type your name.
Duplicate and repeat the above steps.

Add your cpoyrights.

Highlight your white canvas.
New Raster layer.
Select All.
Copy and paste a paper of choice Into Selection.
Select none.
Apply the mask.
Merge Group.

Crop your image.

Resize all layers 85%.
