Balloons and Butterflies

Supplies
1 tube of choice - I’m using the artwork of Elias Chatzoudis which you can purchase here
Font of Choice - Komika Boogie here
Zuzanna Mask 7 here
DSB Flux - Bright Noise (Optional)
Eyecandy 5 Impact: Gradient Glow (Optional)

This tutorial was written assuming you have working knowledge of PSP.

~♥~ Let’s get started ~♥~

Open up a 700 X 700 blank canvas.
Flood fill white.

Copy and paste Circle Frame 1 as a new layer.
Resize 70%
Use your Magic Wand and click inside of it.
Selections/Modify/Expand by 4.
Copy and paste a paper of choice below the frame.
Selections/Invert
Hit the delete key.
Deselect.

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer outside of the circle.

Apply the DSB Flux Bright Noise to the frame:
Intensity: 48
Mix checked
OK

Add your embellishments. I used:
Balloon 1: Resize 70%
Balloon 2: Resize 80%
Cute Bow 1: Resize 30%
Butterfly 2: Resize 30%. Free Rotate left 20 degrees
Butterfly 1: Resize 30% & 70%. Free rotate right 20 degrees
(I applied the DSB Flux to both the butterflies)
Dummy Charm 1: Resize 50%

Highlight your white canvas.
New Raster Layer.
Select All.
Copy and paste a paper of choice Into Selection.
Deselect.
Apply the mask.
Merge Group.

Add your copyrights.

Add your name.
Apply the DSB Flux once again.
Apply Eyecandy 5: Impact - Gradient Glow using these settings:

Crop your image.

Resize all layers 85%.
