This tutorial was written assuming you have knowledge of PSP.
~♥~ Let’s get started ~♥~
Open a 600 X 600 transparent canvas. Flood fill white.
New Raster layer. Select All. Copy Paper 2 and Paste into Selection. Deselect. Duplicate. Close out the original.
Highlight the duplicate and Paste Element 38 as new layer. Use your magic wand and click inside of each frame. Select/Modify/Expand 4. Highlight the paper layer, hit the delete key. Press Ctl + l and change the hue and saturation to both 0.
Duplicate the frame layer 2 times for a total of 3. Rename Frame 1, Frame 2, Frame 3. Highlight Frame one and apply DSB Flux/Bright Noise as follows:
Intensity 35
Ok.
Close out Frame 1, highlight Frame 2 and apply Bright Noise again accept this time hit the mix button twice. Close the layer out and open Frame 3. Repeat accept hitting the mix button 3 times. Close the layer out and open up Frame 1 again.
Highlight the original Paper 2. Apply the 20-20 mask.
Copy and paste Element 21 as a new layer. Resize 68%. Position near the bottom of your frame.
Copy and paste Element 14 as a new layer. Arrange in your layer pallet so that it appears to be tucked into the ribbon at the bottom of the frame.
Copy and paste Element 17 as a new layer. Resize 20%. Free Rotate 20 degrees to the left. Tuck behind the ribbon and feather.
Copy and paste Element 25. Resize 15%. Free Rotate 20 degrees to the left. Position at the top left corner of the frame. Layer/duplicate. Image/Mirror.
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer behind the Frame layers and frame background layer.
Add your copyprights.
Add your name. It is up to you at this point if you wish to use the deformation tool on the mask layer to make it smaller befor you crop your image.
Time to animate! Almost done…hehehe
Copy Merge. Open up Animation. Edit/Paste as new Animation. Go back into PSP. Close out Frame 1, open Frame 2. Copy merge. Take it into AS. Edit/Paste after current frame. Back into PSP. Close out Frame 2, open up Frame 3. Copy merge. Go back into AS. Edit/Paste after current frame. Save and you’ve got yourself a tag.
