This tutorial was written assuming you have a working knowledge of PSP.

~♥~ Let’s get started ~♥~

Open up a 700 x 700 blank canvas.

Flood fill white.

Copy and paste Frame as a new layer.

Resize 25%

Click inside of it with your Magic Wand.

Selections/Modify/Expand by 4.

New Raster layer below the frame.

Copy and paste Paper 1 Into Selection.

Deselect.

Add your elements.  I used:

Bunny: Resize 25%

Bunny again:  Resize 15%

Bow:  Resize 10%/Duplicate/Mirror

Ribbon:  Resize 25% and 95%/Free rotate Right 25 degrees/Duplicate/Free rotate Right 15 degrees

Flower 1:  Resize 10%/Duplicate 3x’s

Flower 2:  Resize 10% and 70%/Duplicate

String:  Resize 20%

Highlight your white canvas.

New Raster layer.

Select All.

Copy and paste Paper 2 Into Selection.

Deselect.

Adjust/Blur/Gaussian blur:

Radius: 15

OK

Apply the mask.

Use your Pick tool to pull the sides out slightly.

Merge Group.

Add your credits.

Add your name.

Foreground: #6e5d84

Background:  Pattern/Paper 2

Stroke width: 1

Type your name.

Convert to Raster layer.

Select All/Float/Defloat

Selectins/Modify/Contract by 1

Give it a slight Inner Bevel:

Apply DSB Flux – Bright Noise:

Intensity: 35

Mix checked

OK

Deselect.

Resize all layers 80%

Open up the template.

Shift + D.

Close out the original.

Resize all layers 85%

Image/Canvas Size:

 700 x 500

New Raster layer.

Send to bottom.

Flood fill white.

Delete the top 3 layers.

Highlight Oval 2 layer.

Click anywhere outside of it with your Magic Wand.

Selections/Invert

New Raster layer.

Copy and paste 5 Into Selection.

Deselect.

Delete the template layer.

Highlight Circle 1 layer.

Click anywhere outside of it with your Magic Wand.

Selections/Invert

Selections/Modify/Contract by 3

New Raster layer.

Copy and paste Paper 1 Into Selection.

Deselect.

Delete the template layer.

Highlight Square layer.

Click anywhere outside of it with your Magic Wand.

Selections/Invert

New Raster layer.

Copy and paste Paper 12 Into Selection.

Deselect.

Delete the template layer.

Highlight Rectangle 1 layer.

Click anywhere outside of it with your Magic Wand.

Selections/Invert

New Raster layer.

Copy and paste Paper 8 Into Selection.

Deselect.

Delete the template layer.

Highlight Rectangle 2 layer.

Click on it with your Magic Wand.

New Raster layer.

Copy and paste Paper 6 Into Selection.

Deselect.

DO NOT delete the template layer.

Color Pallet:

Foreground: #3e8594

Highlight Frame 2 layer.

Use your Target Tool and change the color of the frame.

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer under the frame.

Move it into a position you like behind the first square of the frame.

Make your Freehand Selection Tool active set on Point to Point.

Follow around the first square of the frame.

Selections/Invert

Highlight the tube layer.

Tap the delete key.

Deselect.

Change the Properties to Screen

Duplicate

Change the Properties to Soft Light.

Repeat the above step with the next 2 squares of the frame but position your tube differently in each one.

Highlight Rectangle 2 template layer.

Click anywhere outside of it with your Magic Wand.

Highlight each of the tube layers below the frame and tap the delete key.

Deselect.

Delete the template layer.

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer.

Position in front of the frame on the right side – see my tag for reference.

Add your elements.  I used:

Frame Circle 3:  Resize 25%

Bird:  Resize 10%

Leafes:  Resize 40%/Duplicate/Mirror

Bow 3:  Resize 15%/Duplicate/Flip

Flowerss 2:  Resize 60%/Duplicate/Flip

Flowers:  Resize 25%/Duplicate/Mirror

Glitters:  Resize 60%/Erase glitters here and there

Dragonfly:  Resize 15%

Stars:  Resize 60%

Highlight your white canvas.

New Raster layer.

Select All.

Copy and paste 5 Into Selection.

Deselect.

Apply the mask.

Use your Pick Tool to pull the top down and bottom up.

Merge Group.

Add your credits.

Add your name.

Resize all layers 80%
